Omg Stacy and her crew are amazing
They did my nails first and I loved it
I ended booking a nail party for my daughter and 4 friends. Man she did all 4 girls nails so quickly and they were perfect.
Then I had a weird request for my nails and she made it come to life.
I wanted my nails to match my table cloth overlay for an event
It was perfect
I am a truck driver and had to find somewhere for my spa day. I loved it here, and it was an amazing experience. I will definitely be back every 2 weeks or so. Thank you for your amazing service.
They’re really nice. Great customer service. I came here once with a bad nail (from a different shop, wasn’t there work) but they took great care of my nail & gave me a fresh full beautiful set. It’s worth spending money here.
I left a review about trying to contact them for weeks and how I had given up because of lack of customer service. The owner responded which made me mistakenly believe someone cared so I requested yet another appointment and have received no reply. You can not contact these people unless you are a currently a customer or leave a bad review. I have called for weeks and requested several appointments online and I’m literally just ignored. I’ve never experienced anything like this in the customer service world. Especially with a service provider. Absolutely ridiculous
Drove from Baton Rouge to give this place a try because I liked all the different pictures and reviews they had. Unfortunately, they only take customers by appointments. Which is something I would was advised before hand. Waste of my time and energy
I was having a rough day and my husband stumbled upon this nail salon to make me feel better. It was late, he contacted Stacy, and she still said I could come in. The treatment and customer service were above and beyond. I have been struggling to find a nail salon I am actually happy with and I honestly feel God led me to Jazzy Nails tonight. I instantly felt right at home and super comfortable. I appreciated being taken near closing time. And my nails look the best they have looked in a long time! I am so so happy and will be back soon!
