In spite of very obviously hard working staff (clearly too few of them) the experience was dreadful. We waited over 25 minutes for 2 simple meals. The order was incomplete and with wrong (paid for) condiments. The bun was cold (as we all know, one of the cardinal sins).
Above all the poor serving and kitchen staff were either unmanaged, or so short staffed the eating area was not overseen nor cleaned. Pics attached, toilets too, and this is a new just opened quick service restaurant.
The food eaten was about KFC average but as a final insult warm not hot.
I don't blame the staff who were busy busy busy. But whoever owns tis franchise or manages this area needs to take some professional pride in their establishments. I won't return and I live locally with a family.
Finally the loud music on the in house system was completely drowned out by some harmless teenagers blasting out drum n bass on their own sound box much to their rather obvious amusement. What wasn't so funny was the rum and beers they had on the table to, quite bold for 15-16 year olds in affluent Amersham.
Very bad service! Waited over 30 minutes and when I got home discovered they had put only 8 pieces of dry fries and they put the wrong burger. I order a zinger tower but got a small sad looking zinger. And the food was cold like really cold. Extremely horrible never recommend to anyone!
Utterly disappointed with the state of KFC !!! Appalling conditions. Worst seen in Amersham or any other place. What hygiene standards are these in this era? Horrible service. No staff. Felt deserted. Am not coming here again. If you want to serve food, serve well. Make money after that.
I've visited this place a few times now and on each occasion whether it's busy or quiet, the place is absolutely filthy! It would help if customers cleared their own tables and used the bins as you're meant to. However, the tables aren't wiped and the floor isn't swept and last time I was there, the bins were overflowing. Food is usually pretty fresh but service can be slow. Someone said it was because the staff are too busy but there were two behind the counter just folding endless boxes, time which could have been spent making the place look a lot more inviting. The Colonel would not be happy to put his name to this dump.
This KFC is gross. I ate in, on Thursday 12th and ordered a fair amount of food. Servers were emotionless and looked bored. The hygiene levels at this place are questionable. I also experienced food poisoning symptoms after eating my meal here, and like other reviewers I am concerned about the hygiene level at this particular KFC. I also think it is important for people to eat safely.
Its poorly run. The condiment holders are always dirty and empty - hence being able to see all the filth in the bottoms of them. The food is never consistent, some times the food is lovely and other times it's cold, dry, missing or just inedible. Staff often forget to plate up your full order meaning you walk back and forth and end up with cold food. The one time I ordered delivery, half of it was missing and then they refused to send more out and told me to seek a refund instead which ruined my dinner plans. Its hardly a surprise it's been open for less than a year and has such a poor rating on Google.
Waited 15 minutes for a simple order of 2 items. It wasn't busy or crowded. Everyone ordered after me including delivery drivers served before me. When it was served, fries were not packed and ironically I was told the wait was for the fries. I wish it was McDonald's not a sad KFC

The worst kfc ever.
Ordered 4 times from them and 4 times there has been something missing and the food is just about warm.
I won’t order again and suggest nobody else does.
