Lavish Nails & Spa, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. In order to provide a comprehensive analysis, the following strengths and weaknesses will be discussed:
Strengths:
1. Long-lasting gel pedicures: One customer mentions that the gel pedicures at Lavish Nails & Spa last over a month. This indicates that the salon pays careful attention to producing a high-quality finished product.
2. Leg and foot massages: Another positive aspect highlighted by a customer is the inclusion of leg and foot massages during pedicures. This extra touch adds to the overall pampering experience and enhances relaxation.
3. Friendly and attentive staff: A customer states that the staff at Lavish Nails & Spa are always friendly and attentive. This indicates that the salon values good customer service and maintains positive relationships with their clientele.

Weaknesses:
1. Poor workmanship: One dissatisfied customer mentions that their expectations were not met, resulting in an unsatisfactory outcome. The customer's request for a French manicure was not executed properly, and the nail technician did not take responsibility for the mistake, leading to a disappointing experience.
2. Slow service and lack of communication: Another customer expresses frustration with the slow service and lack of communication from the nail technician. The fact that the technician did not engage in conversation during the 2.5-hour service further adds to the negative experience.
3. Unprofessional behavior: Multiple negative comments highlight instances of unprofessional behavior, including refusal to fulfill customer requests, uneven nail application, and disrespectful treatment by staff members. This reflects a lack of professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction.
4. High prices: One customer mentions feeling shocked by the price of the services received, questioning whether they were worth the cost. Additionally, the customer describes feeling belittled when questioning the price, suggesting a lack of transparency and customer-centric approach.
5. Inadequate training: A customer reports that the nail technician caused injury by cutting their cuticle too deep, resulting in bleeding. This indicates a lack of proper training or attention to detail during the service.
In conclusion, Lavish Nails & Spa has some strengths, such as long-lasting gel pedicures, friendly staff, and the ability to accommodate busy schedules. However, there are several weaknesses, including poor workmanship, slow service, unprofessional behavior, high prices, and instances of inadequate training. These weaknesses should be addressed to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction at the salon.

I get the gel pedicures at Lavish. The thing that make them stand out for me is the careful attention they give to produce a finished product that last over a month.
I also love the leg and foot massages that are part of the pedicures.
Showed Ivan the length of my natural nails (short) and showed him the French manicure with thin white lines and asked if this is feasible. He said my nails are perfect. The end result of him doing it had the white French tip MID LENGTH up to my nail. It looked horrible. When I asked him to fix it he filed down my nails and it did not help. When I said I’d rather just remove it all they all laughed. It’s wild that this nail tech told me it was achievable and was actually okay with me leaving their salon looking like that. Wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t let them gaslight you into dealing with poor work.
It took 2 hrs and 30 mins for just one person to get nails done. The dude was so slow and didn’t even talk. I will not be back!
They refused to do what I was asking, made my nails all uneven, some with glitter and left it off others, didn't use acrylic for my set of ACRYLIC nails...they used nail polish and plastic tips...., They charged me $70, and wouldn't fix them to how they were supposed to be. This is THE worst nail salon I've ever been to. Unprofessional, impolite, greedy, and my nails are ugly as sin, as well as 4 tips being transparent when they're supposed to be pink and blue.
The man that did my nails was in a very bad mood and telling me that my hands were too stiff and he didn’t like that, , he also filed my nails very hard on the sides like acting angry. I just paid and left but would never ever come back . Then he was laughing with the other coworker, very very sad how can you treat someone so rude .
They are always friendly and attentive! I love being able to get my nails and toes done at the same time. I am always busy so it helps with my busy schedule!
Fantastic, busy little shop with incredibly friendly staff. Got in and out relatively quickly even though upon arrival every seat was full. The staff moves fast but with attention to detail. They seem to have good clientele relationships with a lot of people. Had an relaxing gel pedicure; even their most basic service feels "lavish" indeed...and was in and out in an hour. Tip your nail artists!
Went there for a gel mani and deluxe pedicure. They did my manicure at the pedicure chair which is super uncomfortable and they were not busy (on a Friday afternoon which should have been a warning). My manicure consisted of the electric nail file over my nails and then polish. I didn't get my cuticles trimmed or lotion after. My manicure polish is full of bubbles. The guy who did my pedicure seemed nice enough but cut the cuticle on my big toe so deep it bled.
When I checked out, I was shocked at the price tag. I knew I was paying extra for a deluxe pedicure but it was almost $100 total. The service I received was not worth the price tag. I questioned the price and the guy at the front treated me like I was a child too stupid to understand. Oh, and they don't take Discover. I will not be back again.
