i like to try different nail salons just to get a feel for which one i like the best. today, was Lilly's nail and beauty. immediately i felt an uneasy feeling, and shortly later that was followed by a lack of customer service, how she talked to us how she made me feel. my 2 girls and i were getting acrylics and i decided i would let them get theirs and i would get mine done elsewhere, i told her i wasnt getting acrylics and just the gel nail polish after she took my old nails off with the acetone. the nails were all standard nails for them, with one of my girls getting a cow print on 1 finger each hand. i get my nails done regularly and know what to expect in pricing. it should have been 35 for each girl, and 15 to 20 for me. she over charged 20 bucks for each girl ($55 each) and 30 for mine, which is almost the price of just getting acrylics. If she would have charged what it was suppose to be around, i would have simply paid, tipped and just gone some where else keeping my feelings to myself, but this felt more vindictive which is why i felt the need to share my experience, when i was talking to a friend she thought maybe it could have been because we are an inter-racial family, but i dont know. the pics are of our nails, should have been under $100.

I needed a new salon since we moved from Lexington. I gave them a try and Kim did an excellent job on my nails. I absolutely love them and will definitely be going back.
Lily did a great job with my nails. It's been a minute since I got my nails done. The price was very reasonable.
My favorite nail salon, I always get sns nails.. They stay shiney and last longer! Kathy there does my nails and they're perfect every time. They're so nice and remember almost every client.. Especially if you've came in more than once. They're very helpful when you need help deciding what colors would match, etc. Defiantly recommend. And most importantly... They're super clean. All the employees are so nice! Sometimes they do get a bit busy but to me, that's a good sign bc they're clientele is high! They only have a few people employed there. But the wait is worth it if there's any. And they try their best to get you an appointment as soon as they can! I've been going to them about 2-3 years now and absolutely love them and their work!
I love this place. Lily is always accommodating to my schedule even at the last minute. They do a wonderful job - pedi and mani! I don’t go any where else in Winchester. Very friendly staff.
I absolutely loved this experience. They were very nice and made sure my nails looked flawless. My nail beds were weak due to another set. They were very careful with the drill and all the other tools so I wouldn’t hurt. I tend to have anxiety in other places but I felt extremely calm and welcomed here.
Lily Nails is the best place that I have been to get my nails done. They are always very accommodating and really nice. They are very busy, so I try to make and appointment. Since I started coming here, I haven’t been anywhere else to get my nails done.
