Quick Facts About Lowther Pavillion Cafe
The Lowther Pavilion Cafe has a number of strengths that make it a popular destination for customers. Firstly, many customers comment on the cleanliness of the cafe, noting that it is very clean and well-maintained. This is an important aspect for customers, as it contributes to their overall satisfaction and comfort in the space.
Another strength of the cafe is the helpfulness of the staff. Customers appreciate the friendly and polite service they receive, which enhances their experience at the cafe. Staff members are described as polite and friendly, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
The location of the cafe is also seen as a strength by customers. Being situated in Lowther Gardens, customers can enjoy a walk in the park before or after their visit to the cafe. This adds to the overall appeal of the cafe and makes it a great place for a bite to eat after enjoying the surrounding nature.
The cafe also offers a good selection of meals and cakes, which is another strength. Customers mention the variety of food available and note that the food is freshly made and of good quality. The steak pie, in particular, is highly recommended. The menu seems to cater to a range of tastes and preferences, providing customers with ample options to choose from.
Additionally, customers appreciate the reasonable prices at the Lowther Pavilion Cafe. They feel that they receive good value for their money, especially when compared to coffee shops on Lytham high street. The affordability of the cafe makes it an attractive option for customers, as they can enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee without breaking the bank.
However, there are some weaknesses that have been raised by customers. One recurring complaint is that the coffee at the cafe has become weak recently. This is disappointing for coffee lovers who expect a strong and flavorful cup of coffee. Although the cakes are still praised, the decline in the quality of the coffee is a detriment to the overall experience for some customers.
Another weakness is the cleanliness of the floors and tables in the cafe. It seems that there have been instances where customers have encountered dirty floors and tables, with uneaten food left under tables and on plates. The lack of cleanliness can be off-putting and can have a negative impact on the overall impression of the cafe.
Some customers also mention that the tables in the cafe are placed too closely together, making it feel claustrophobic. This can reduce the comfort and privacy of the dining experience, especially when the cafe is busy. This is a personal preference, but it is worth considering for customers who value a more spacious and relaxed atmosphere.
In conclusion, the Lowther Pavilion Cafe has several strengths that contribute to its popularity, such as cleanliness, helpful staff, good location, a variety of food options, and reasonable prices. However, there are some weaknesses, including weak coffee, occasional cleanliness issues, and crowded seating arrangements. By addressing these weaknesses, the cafe could further enhance the overall customer experience and maintain its strong reputation.

Great little cafe. Shame it was close to closing time when we arrived would have happily spent more time here. Very clean and staff were helpful. Great selection of meals and cakes available. Good location.
Nice café. Reasonable prices and a good variety of food. Always very busy. The coffee seems to have become very weak lately but the cakes are still good
A lovely cafe, excellent coffee at half the cost if we had gone to a coffee shop in Lytham high Street, well worth a visit
Dirty floors and tables went in today with my friend who was staying with me from Bristol I just ordered two coffees mine was supposed to be milky it was awful. I had my two tiny teacup Yorkies with me and the floor was not clean uneaten food under the table scuffed floor , tables in the vicinity that needed to be cleared and I wasn't surprised that there were lots of uneaten food left on plates it didn't look very appealing. I moved away from the table and put my two babies on my knee and a waitress said something and I didn't hear her I asked my friend did he hear her and he said yes she said can you put the dogs on the floor My friend said silly request they're on your knee and you're not near the table by this time she had gone before I had chance to confront her about her stupid request. I got up and left we both left our drinks which cost £4.00 I won't be returning it was has scruffy as Corries Roy's Rolls.
Food good, freshly made. Steak pie is well worth having. Staff polite and friendly. Only downside, for me personally, is how close the tables are together. Sometimes feels a little claustrophobic.
Great place for a bite to eat after a walk round the park.
If you're trying to keep the weight down, it might be best to send someone else to the counter for your cuppa. There's always an extremely tempting array of yummy cakes and pastries on offer. They also sell meals which are pretty good. You can buy ice cream here if the moods you esp. during summer months.
We were out for a walk in Lowther Gardens today and we could smell the bacon from the cafe. So we decided to go take a look. Social distancing rules are in place at the cafe which was really nice to see.
We had a gorgeous home made sausage roll which was scrumptious! I had a tea and my daughter had a bottle of coke. Service was brilliant by a very polite young man. A very nice experience all in all.
