Great food. Kinda slow at times but worth the wait. Really like the crab Rangoon here.
Stopped in for a to go lunch after running to the library next door and was very impressed! Food quality was delicious, hot and fresh. Served quickly and at a good price. Friendly service and they even put plastic wrap over the food inside the container to keep it hot which was a nice touch. Clean restaurant. Will visit again.
Tried Lucky Panda when we first moved to Clever a few months ago and it wasn't great but we thought we would try it again tonight. Definitely won't be going there again. We paid almost 50 dollars for 2 meals. The chicken was mediocre and super salty, and their fried rice is just steamed white rice (second time this has happened as well when asking for fried rice). The lo mein wasn't good either, looked like spaghetti noodles tossed in soy sauce. Overall, food rating is a 3/10.
Great experience, great food, would recommend to anyone looking for great Chinese!!
To bad they have gotten so cheap and don't give veggies with their dishes and very little chicken employees out front are nice.
Pretty decent food, except for the dry tasting fried rice. That's my only disappointment. The honey walnut shrimp were delicious! Will visit again.
Small town lacking options allows for mediocre “Chinese Food”.
We moved to the Clever area a few years ago and the only downside is that all the Springfield restaurants are now 30min away. I was leery of trying Lucky Panda since we moved here, but finally gave it a try last week. They use all white meat in their chicken dishes and the portion sizes are fair. $25 for three dinners seemed like a decent value until I tasted the food. Lucky Panda’s fried rice was simply steamed rice with flecks of egg in it and the sauce on the chicken was the same sauce with slight variations to make it orange, sesame or general chicken. Bland flavor may bode well with the locals, but this is not good Chinese.
This was our worst experience and our last. Ordered at 6:51 and told 30 minutes. Longer than usual but ok. Wife pays at 7:11 told to wait outside and they'd bring order out in 5-10 minutes. 26 minutes later still no food. Wife goes back in, told another 5-10 minutes by a very rude apathetic lady at the counter. 16 minutes later they finally come out with food. An hour and 2 minutes for two single entrees. And on top of that my wife's order was wrong. Never again.
