They mention that the nails were poorly done, with issues such as uneven filing, chunky and bumpy nails, and nails lifting just a few days after the service. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and precision in the nail technicians' work.
2. Ineffective communication: Some customers complain about their preferences not being heard or respected by the nail technicians. They mention instances where they explicitly asked for certain treatments or requested not to have their nails cut, but their requests were disregarded. This indicates a lack of effective communication and listening skills from the staff.
3. High prices and deceptive advertising: Several customers mention feeling overcharged at Magic Nails II. The advertised prices did not match the final price they were charged, resulting in surprise and disappointment. This indicates a lack of transparency in pricing, which can lead to a negative customer experience.
4. Rushed and unprofessional service: There are multiple comments from customers about feeling rushed during their appointments at Magic Nails II. This includes instances where other customers were given more attention and time, while they felt neglected and quickly serviced. Additionally, some customers mention unprofessional behavior, such as nail technicians being on calls during the service or even physically hurting customers. These experiences contribute to a negative perception of the professionalism and customer service at Magic Nails II.
In summary, while Magic Nails II has strengths such as a friendly staff, a wide range of services and color options, and recognition of regular customers, it also has significant weaknesses. These weaknesses include poor work quality, ineffective communication, high prices and deceptive advertising, and rushed and unprofessional service. These factors contribute to a negative customer experience and may deter potential customers from visiting Magic Nails II.
Best TL Reviews
I waited to write this review until I calmed down. This experience was a mess from start to finish. I went in to fix a broken nail and she asked me if I just wanted to do a fill on all my nails ($25 advertised) She clearly was not comfortable with dipped nails. I ended up walking out with massacred nails in a color I didn’t pick. She seemed irritated when I kept asking her to file them because they were so chunky and bumpy. She finally gave up and sent me on my way with a botched dip “fill” and charged me $55 for a full set. Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. I have added photos of her work, and my normal manicurist’s work to correct them 4 days after because they were lifting so bad. So now I am out $120 for a set that should have been done correctly the first time.
So I went in for a pedicure which is my regular spot for pedicures ONLY but unfortunately I was convinced to get a manicure. So since I had been wanting my nails done as well I said sure why not but immediately regretted it. To begin with I had acrylic all the way up to my knuckles and it just felt messy and eventually when I went in the shower it stared to peal off but it left my cuticles looking crusty and not like i just got my nails done. Now 3 days later my nail are lifting and they look crazy. Definitely my worst nail experience ever. Also one of the main reasons I accepted was because the owner (TINA) was going to do them so I had decent expectations but nope she failed me. So now I know never will I go to them again for a manicure/ acrylics. Strictly pedicures. Also I paid $45 for something I’m not happy with.
Went to get a manicure with my niece a and not only was I rushed when no one else was there. I got over priced for French tips (my niece was 1 color) and it was a chop job. Don't waste money here...
this place sucks! they did my nails horribly and they didnt do the right color. the lady that was doing my nails even hit me. she was even on a call and they could see me. i told her not to cut my nails, only file and she cut them soo short. she even hurt me when she was filing them.
For two sets of acrylic short square nails: 107.00 plus i still gave a tip. I was blown away about the price. The nails are pretty i will say that to start off . BUT, One set, they did the wrong shape, but my daughter was to scared to speak up . they cut my finger, and used dirty Emory boards used files and used buffers. I scrubbed my hands when I got home.
Overpriced, they said $18 for manicure and I end up paying $31. As you can see in the picture the nail polished was not proper applied, and not good work. It seems like they put a bunch of nail polished with not sense
Horrible experience. The nail tech cut my nails off AFTER I told her not to. Then she polished my toes like a 5 year old then had the audacity to be upset with me when I expressed that I didn't like it. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for someone else to rpolish them. He came over and was about to continue to polish OVER the mess she did in an attempt to "Fix it". I had to tell him to take it off, shape my nail, and start over. All of the workers started coming over looking at my feet, talking (in their language), and giving me dirty looks. I felt so uncomfortable. I just wanted to get out of there. That was the worst $30 I've spent to receive such bad service. ????
I've been going to Magic Nails II for many years, they all know me as soon as I walk in everyone is so friendly and kind. It is a true "me day" at Magic Nails II. They have many services to choose from and many many different colors to choose from. Walk-ins are welcome but I always set an appointment to see the same person every time.
