This place also known as the drip as that is what I will be doing on the toilet all night.
Absolutely shocking, pizza is like having a slice of bread with ketchup and cheese on. My partner brought it home, it was like a frozen pizza from Asda that needs to be cooked in oven.
Chicken skin still had flour on it as that wasn't cooked either.
Order wasn't correct and no refund offered, this has got to be part of a prank TV show surely.
£38 later and I just know that the 3 bits of food I did have will have me sat on the toilet all night.
Avoid at all costs
I ordered at 6:30PM and was told that it would be here within an hour. Rang up at 8PM and was told they only had one driver. I asked why they offered delivery if they only have one driver. Asked to cancel my order but he refused. Waited 20 more minutes. Decided to eat something else instead. Rang and asked for a refund. No apology. 2 hours later not heard from them or the driver but they took my money! Never ordering from here again. Do not order from here. You will not receive it.
Absolute joke, wrong order, very poor food and very poor customer service!!! I would never order from here again, which is a shame because I used to love this place!! Called up from the menu I had in the draw and I worked out the price and just over £10. I ordered and when it arrived was charged £18 instead. After questioning myself, I rang the takeaway to question them only to have the phone put down on me 3 times before I had an opportunity to fully explain why I wasn't happy. I did eventually say that the price didn't match the menu, they said it was new menu and prices had gone up. I told them that no menu was sent through to me with my meal and that £8 more than the expected price wasn't good enough!! They said they would drop me a new menu at which point I said I wanted my money returning too. But they never came back to my house.
The food was extremely poor and definitely not worth the disgusting £18 I was charged, plus the order was wrong.
This is the third time I’ve ordered from these guys and I cannot fault them. My food is always either early or on time. My favs are always chicken Parmesan pizza and the doner kebab which honestly taste amazing! Thank you guys!
What a joke! 3 hours waiting for our order! Then came cold!
We ordered food around 12:45 , the estimated waiting was 1:30-1:50. By time 2:30 came round we still hadn’t received order rang up the place and asked where food was they told us “ it is out on delivery”. Over 45 minutes later at 3:20 still no food had arrived. Called the shop 15 times an no answer to any of the calls! So set off to the shop to go find out what happened to my order as soon as I go to the shop at 3:45 it was delivered cold an not fit to eat!
Disappointed again with the service and quality of food,,, staff disinterested when called for answers, one star is generous! I'll be waiting till the 'bew management' moves on before I order from them again
More than 1.5 hour awaiting time for delivery. Cold food. £3 delivery charge for about 1mile distance (few mins away from restaurant) with Staff didnt told when I placed my order. When I asked delivery driver didnt knew nothing because he said he is Just delivery boy. Avoid this place.
First experience of ordering from this company 21.05.2021 and what a terrible experience, go elsewhere is my advise. Called the shop before I ordered online to ask if the burgers came with fries and was advised they did. Our food turns up we paid cash and suprise suprise no fries. Called the shop and was passed around three times, the man argued with me then cut me off/put the phone down. AVOID AVOID AVOID take your money elsewhere terrible service, money grabbers and run that's all they are!
