I had the absolutely best experience in this salon! I was there for 6 hours getting my hair done (balayage, treatment, cut, styling) and it did not feel like 6 hours at all. The customer service from everyone there is excellent and the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Chloe did a phenomenal job with both colour and cut and was an overall joy to have as my stylist. I can't speak highly enough of her and her work and I will definitely be coming back!

I went to Moda affair for the first time to get my long over due hair cut and to get something different done.
I had a vision in my head - however I wasn’t sure how it would suit me or how my vision would look like in reality. I expressed to Chloe - the star who did my hair that I wanted to get rid of 2021 and feel completely new and try something different. She listened to everything I wanted to do with my hair. She shared her thoughts and ideas too. She reassured me and talked me through every single step of the six hour long process. She was probably the most attentive hair stylist I’ve ever come across who portrayed so much attention to detail while doing every single strand of my hair.
I’ve never had bangs in my life before as I never knew how to style them or thought they wouldn’t suit me. However this time I was going for it and I wanted to get curtain bangs. I asked Chloe if she could show me how to style them if possible and how to maintain my hair. Without any hesitation and a lot of enthusiasm she responded “of-course I will show you how to style them and I’ll show you how to curl them and etc” - and she did.
I was really surprised with the whole Moda affair experience as everyone was so welcoming, warm and Chloe was always willing to listen to your ideas, sharing along her ideas and experience without any hesitation or judgement. I left the building feeling like a BRAND NEW WOMAN and finding my new favourite local & expert hair salon ????????♀️????????♀️????.
Had appointments for hair cut after ages came back to try out new style….
very upset with the hair cut had my hairline was pushed back and didn’t get clean shave left hair on my face and my hair wasn’t level… other then that was pleased with the hospitality and service that was given to me. Would just say he should focus on more on the hair and understand the customer recommend hair instead of making mistakes… I had to go home and fix my self and clean my face with the hair that was still left. I have to deal with my hair line to grow back also but other then that very nice gentleman.
