Ordered food and walked to chip shop. Came back after 20minutes. Food not ready. People turned up and ordered and left before I got anything. Asked what was happening girl said you didn't pay! Told her what I had ordered and exactly how much it came to. She went to speak to the boss who then found the visa slip. No apology no money back just another 10 minute wait. In total I spent over 45 minutes waiting for food that ended up being cold and with to much soy sauce. Waste of money. Will not be ordering from there again. Also. As a side note. Whilst waiting for the food to appear I watched the drivers collecting the orders the shop had taken for delivery...... The bags was filthy and ripped covered in grease. Nasty. Word of advice, if you get a home delivery from them, look at the state of the delivery bag. Grim. Enjoy

I’d love to review the food, however, after being told delivery in an hour, I had to chase it up 1hr 45mins later only to be told at least another 30 mins. Great, too late for my kids to eat before bed and now scrambling to feed them something else.

Their response, “there’s nothing we can do about it” and a refund will have to wait until tomorrow. Not a hint of an apology.

My advice, go elsewhere to avoid being let down

This used to be our go to Chinese takeaway but recently it has really gone down hill. Food lukewarm even though I waited in shop for it. Food not at its best. Batter soggy on chicken balls and generally not enjoyable. Seem more interested in getting their deliveries out. Wont be using again as have found amazing replacement

The young man on the phone was very clear and polite when taking my order. He mentioned the delivery would take 45mins, however recieved it alot faster within 25 minutes. The delivery guy was kind and patient with me when sorting out payment. Food was piping hot and cooked lovely. Very please overall thankyou :)

Very tasty and flavorful food. And amazing the range for vegetarians! Long time I've had mock duck pancakes that good.

Placed an order took 25 minutes from getting off the phone to the order being at my front door, carrots where sour chicken skewers where over cooked, salt and pepper chicken was rubbery the rice was hard nothing had any favor to food can tell everything had been microwaved with how quick everything took and with how bland everything was.very disappointed we have used this chinese many of times wont be ordering from here again. Food was untouched, rang to inform them about this and they just said sorry we will tell an manager not good enough.
