A very bad place! I paid $60 to get a full set and chrome, but the service is not worth my money. I wanted colored white nails with pearly chrome on top but they didn't have one that time. Then he insisted on a similar color, but it was way off, almost like dark silver metal. So I asked him to redo it and just put on white, but then he was so irritated. Also, he doesn't know how to be gentle when polishing my nails, because I got cuts all over my fingers. The nail polish was messy to the edge of my fingers and even on my hands. He didnt even care to remove it. When I came home that night, the polish started peeling off and the bubbles popped. And they get unpleasant if you tell them your concerns.
If I could give this place 1 in a half stars I would. I am 35 weeks pregnant so I need help getting my toe nails cut. They did a fantastic job on cutting my toe nails and painting them, however my finger nails look like a 4 year old painted them I'm writing this after 4 hours from being there and I some how ruined my left pinky nail on my hand.
I am at this nair salon getting A manicure for my daughter & me. & My GF is getting her nails done with acrylic. We were assisted with great customer service by Cici who is the receptionist, very professional and great personality. Cindy was very attentive to detail and good at doing my nail service. Went here to remove my nails which they soaked off and an eyebrow waxing. While I was getting my eyebrows waxed the woman insisted I get my upper lip waxed as well. I said fine. Than she insisted I get my chin waxed. Mind you, I don't have very much facial hair. I told her no, it's fine and she still did it. My chin broken out now and is sensitive. To top it off this came out to $40. It's been less than 24 hours and it's already this bad. Never going here again. I have a regular place I go to that's farther away so I decided to try a local place. Worst mistake. To top it off when she's done waxing you she leaves wax on your face. It was literally still on my lip,inside my nose some how and on my chin. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Permanent make up microblading Cindy when she approach me during eyelash extensions she tod me " I can do your eyebrows for 200 dollars" after several visits I agree to have the microblading services I paid the amount agreed. And today I went back for the touch up and out of the blues she said is " 75 dollars extra" something we never discussed. I told her no. Is something that I was not interested and she grab mi purse and handed to me saying" I always charge more for a follow up app." If I would know in advance ! Would not do the procedure. She lost a customer today and the 2 referrals are aware and cancel
Expensive for no reason and the ladies rush your nails so they look old when leaving and the guys do great work but the nails dont last. They break in less than a week.
I have been going here for 12 yrs. I’m moving so I will miss it but you have to be picky with you technicians. I don’t sit with Mai for a pedicure, she cuts people til they bleed. I would anyone but her do my toes. I like Jennifer for my nails, she is really good with her clients and I love my nails.
This place is located in the Spring Valley shopping mall near Albertsons and when I came in, I asked if it was too late to get a manicure and pedicure and she just said for me to take a sit, I thought I wasn't going to be able to make it in time, but she was really nice and let me in. The women who worked on me were very nice, Vicky and Katy. I'm very satisfied with the results. I will definitely go back again and again. Thanks!
