Probably 15 Years Lin!!! 15 Years I have been coming to this salon!! 9 of which Linda did my nails and I can count on one hand how many times she had to rip off a nail because of lifting and a fungus - none of which she ever had to do a whole new set of nails on me because of lifting and fungus!!!! You had to do a whole new set on me today 1/4/23 because of the fill that was done on 12/19/22 ($51 including tip for a simple fill w/gel polish) that started lifting by the end of that same week!! Because of the holiday I had no ability to come in and address the week after the service was rendered! You were closed Monday and unable to service me on Tuesday so I had to wait until today to come in to fix what was done improperly in the first place!!!! Then your tech was forced to start ripping off my nails one by one because of lifting only to pass me over to you to complete the job!!! 2 hours later for you to proceed to try to charge me $56 today was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! And then proceed to treat a client the way you did today especially as long as I have been coming on a regular basis was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! I own my own business and would NEVER treat a client of that length of time that way!!!! Though I should not be surprised because I have witnessed you treat others horribly and should have left when Linda did!!!! Anybody working there should leave now!! He will treat you the same at some point!! Anybody thinking of going there should think again!! You are not cared about and if you have an issue with a service will be treated horribly!! Helen - you have a great client following from what I have seen - but I am sorry today was totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! Lin you need to get out of the service industry it is not for you!!! Horrible today absolutely horrible!! Ana - you used to do a really good job on my nails and did them for a long time but I am sorry the fill you did on 12/19 was not done properly and started lifting by that Friday the 23rd and left me with fungus! I should NOT have been expected to pay $56 for a new set that would have not been necessary if my fill had been done properly!! I have had a nail tech license in the past and have been having this done way too long for you to tell me otherwise!!!

Hello first thing this place needs to be closed the real reviews are on yelp please go check this establishment is a joke to the community and needs to be closed no real customer service whatsoever the gel that they use for my toes and my nails did not last long and when I came back to let them know that two of my nails broke politely asked him to come outside he was extremely rude speaking of the owner he continue to tell me that I should’ve went where I used to go.to get them done yes I will not be returning and they should be closed meanwhile the two nails that popped off I decided to take them off today and it’s a good thing because you clearly see that it would start getting fungus
Helen is amazing and always so funny. She does an amazing job and listens to your wants. I highly recommend Helen!
By far the worst experience , I entered the establishment to get a polish change. the nail tech who serviced me Michelle was very kind but is not good at all with customer service. My nails came out blotchy and were filed unevenly. Towards the end she put cuticle oil on one hand and then handed me the oil and told me to apply it on myself when my other hand was done drying in the LED light. She then started fixing a chair for someone who was getting a pedicure. Then when it was time to pay they tried to charge me full price $20 but when I said something lowered it to $18 which they really weren’t giving me a discount for the mistake because they literally just raised the polish change to $20 from $18 about a month ago. You guys seriously need to work on your customer service it is not ok to treat your customers based off of the monetary value of the service they are getting done . I AM NEVER !!! coming back and for those searching for a nail please do not come here. I’ve posted below the polish change i received today literally horrifying !! How are you a licensed establishment putting out nail work like this ????????????????????????
As a walk in I only had good experiences, hence I will keep going there. I went this morning at 9:45 a.m. No wait, there was one other person. They are always polite. My interaction with the person sitting upfront is to let him know what I want done. I ignore all negativity. I watch TV. The end.
There's a gentleman who sits right in the front where the nail polish wall is, he's a slender Korean Nail Tech although i never went to him For my service. It would be another employee that helps me, but he seems to be very racist when it comes to African American people he speaks with too much aggression as if he doesn't want you in his shop, I will not be returning..
Busy for a reason- Tony today was the best! Don’t be afraid of the guys to do your nails! He took the time and care to get my feet back into flip flop season shape! (I know, it’s always flip flop season here but that can cause the callouses!) I think this was my best experience here and this is my favorite place to get my nails done time and time again. I have been going to this place for such a long time but recently there customer service skills are terrible.. the main guy upfront always answers the phone and he’s always so rude. I don’t understand why he gets frustrated and will hang up on you. The only good people that work there are Helen and Mick. But when it comes to there pricing and customer service it’s not the best. Not to mention almost everything is an up charge for no reason. I loved there work but I found a new salon that I’m in love with and they treat me so well. Sorry mail trap I’m done with you guys and your terrible customer service. Maybe have someone else man the phone’s since the guy upfront is a total jerk
