In conclusion, New Escape Nails Day Spa needs to make significant improvements in order to provide satisfactory nail services to its customers. The salon must prioritize quality, attention to detail, hygiene, and customer satisfaction in order to overcome the negative feedback and establish a strong reputation in the industry.

Best TL Reviews

I never leave bad reviews but literally the day I got my gel manicure it started peeling. It also looks super sloppy as they were rushing through my manicure I'm definitely going to have to go get them fixed. Rethink going here.
I went there tonight and got there at 5:40 and got an acrylic set and was done by 6 in pretty sure acrylics done right don’t take 20 mins won’t go back again
I went here a week ago to get dip nails which usually last me 3-4 weeks. These lasted me a week. I spent $40 to get a thin coat of clear dip which they just put gel over the top. Since they were so thin they broke the next day. The 4 that are left are also lifting already. I also had an appointment which I arrived to early and still waited 40 minutes. Absolutely the worst nail place I’ve ever been to. The people were nice but they did an awful job.
I would give them 0 stars if it let me. I called before I came in to make sure that they knew how to take off dipping powder. They said yes and that it would cost $5 (the normal amount). A lady started using the drummel and cut my cuticle/finger on every nail she worked on. Then a man took over and cut me a bunch of times too, when I flinched he didn't even react. I didn't let them do anything else, not even a clear coat. He then charged me $10!?? Which would be ridiculous even if they hadn't cut me 5 times. Luckily because I had called about the price earlier, I was able to pay the $5. I was honestly expecting them to charge me less than $5 because of all the pain I endured, it was shocking that they tried to charge me double, not to mention my nails have never looked worse. My boyfriend's words: "You usually overreact but those are gross", that's how you know it's bad. Not going to be going back.
Unless the management changes, please don't go here. I got infections in two nails after a simple manicure. It's very painful to have an abscess under your finger nail, let me tell you. I had to get it lanced and be on antibiotics. The manager is a gentleman who slouches on his phone and takes the cash from the manicurists. The manicurist who did my nails was very unhappy. She set her phone up and watched videos while she did my nails. They do not follow covid protocols, and I now realize the tools were not properly sterelized. I should have said something, but I am too polite or too shy, so I am trying to redeem myself here. The chairs are comfortable, but please choose a safer place to have your nails done.
Overall, not a bad experience. I had two and a half issues. Firstly the woman accidentally cut my cuticle and accidentally cut my finger tip. I said I was bleeding and she said "sorry" and did not apologize profusely. Also she didn't file the underside of my nails, which they usually do to get rid of the excess acrylic. Also the nails were not very symmetrical or very aesthetically pleasing. Mostly I'm giving 3 stars for making me bleed twice.
She did a really good job. $45... worth it.
overall, the nails are pretty nice. The color and experience was fine. There was none of the extra lush stuff (like hand baths or lotion, just went straight into cutting the nails) but that’s not a big deal. I paid 35$ for gel acrylics. They look a little janky. The tips of nails have access glue on them and the nails are pretty thick. A few are also a bit crooked. My experience and the finished look are very okay, i probably won’t come back just because i like the place across the street more and this place was very moderate.
