Whenever we want a Chinese Takeaway this is the place we have always used.Friendly staff, great food and quick service. Always been consistent and well worth the spend.
Great food I have been using pak lok for the last 30 years and never had a bad meal highly recommended 6 stars
Great food and well prepared... i esspecially love the salt and chilli products...oooohh .. only takes cash but there is a cash point near...
Very sorry to write this but of dear. Pretty awful chips, greasy and soggy and taste of fat. Fish was good but the batter again soft and soggy. Really, really bad experience tonight. Shame, because the Chinese food is always great.
One of the best Chinese food I ever tried in UK as a latinoamerican. The quality of the food is really good, especially the crispy pancake roll. Totally recommended, because you also have the option to buy chips (cheese and chips, fish and chips, etc)
Been there since 1974. There food tastes the same now as it did then, absolutely fantastic. There English menu also is the great. It's the best, most consistent Chinese/English takeaway I have come across. I hope the family always keep it going!
We visited for a tea time treat after lock down being lifted, the food was terrible, chips tasted like they were warmed up from lunchtime hard and dry, the prawn curry was more onions and not many prawns , sweet and sour chicken balls were under cooked, not the usual standard we have grown to expect from
previous owners. We wont be visiting again. If we could give 0 stars we would.
Hands down the best Chinese Takeaway in Bridgwater. First, the food is always of a high standard that I've only ever seen in top notch sit down restaurants in Central London. Second, they are a Community based restaurant meaning they actually care about the locals and develop lasting friendships with them. I recently had coronavirus and they would call regularly to see how I was doing and send over free prawn crackers three times. So, if you're looking for high quality Chinese food at an affordable price with super friendly staff then this is the place for you.
