The amazing staff here are awesome! They remember every guest and pup, and are so careful with my pup who does not enjoy having her nails trimmed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
!!!!Warning!!!! Stay away from this place! This used to be a nice place but it is horrible now. As I am leaving this review, I am in my car STILL WAITING for my dogs. I dropped my dogs off at noon today for a 12:30pm appt for hair trim and baths. It is now after 6pm and my second dog is still not finished??? They have been here since noon????! Since when does it take over 6 hours to get 2 small yorkies a trim and bath?? Workers were very rude and very unprofessional!! I WILL NEVER BRING MY DOGS HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Pasha Pet Salon lost my 5 years of business today after finally having enough of the poor customer service, extended wait times, not answering phones and most importantly outrageous cost increase. Over the past 8 months the wait times have went from an hour and a half to 4 hours due to them being short bathers/assistants, they never answer the phone, their attitudes are very poor, and prices have went up gradually from $55 to todays price of $79. They lady said I was being charged extra for his temperament (which has NEVER been an issue before) and an assistant fee due to him needing an extra groomer because they claim he was tangled which I highly disagree with as I just bathed him and detangled him 3 days prior to this appointment. They also normally have bathers/assistants but are down as they state in their appointment reminders so I’m not sure why that should be at the cost of the customer. Its a shame what has happened to this place, but don’t bring your pet here unless u want to wait 4 hours, be overcharged for a mediocre haircut and be treated with poor attitudes.
I have been taking my miniature poodle here for four years and always love how he looks at pick up. The groomers are amazing and the prices are transparent.
Always gets my two dogs taken care of. They always smell good enough I'm almost jealous of the shampoo. I have an Australian Shepard, and a Cocker spaniel Australian Shepard mix. They just got home from there, got the little bandana and bow every time
This groomers are superior to all the rest. The staff is always friendly and professional. The facility is clean and has no odor. My dog always looks and smells wonderful and the wait time is reasonable.
Perfect! It’s so hard to find a groomer who takes their time, it was Axels first time here, he looks, feels, and smells great! Definitely will be returning
Use to be the best groomers around.
3.5 hours later haven’t even started on my babies.
