Quick Facts About Pro Nails
Pro Nails is a nail salon that has received a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers. In order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, we will analyze the comments provided by customers.
Starting with the strengths, one customer had a great experience getting her nails done for her wedding. The technician, Tammy, did an excellent job with the ombré and slight sparkle on her nails. The customer received many compliments on her nails and praised Tammy for being gentle when removing her previous acrylic nails and doing her cuticles. The customer also mentioned that Tammy did the best shaping she had ever had. This positive feedback highlights the salon's expertise in nail design and attention to detail.
Another commenter appreciated the kindness and gentleness of the staff, particularly one male technician. The customer enjoyed the wide selection of nail polish colors and described the staff as great and kind people. This positive feedback indicates that the staff at Pro Nails strive to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for their clients.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one customer had a negative experience due to a lack of time management at the salon. Despite scheduling an appointment and arriving on time, the doors were locked, nobody answered the phone, and all lights were turned off. This unprofessional behavior led to the loss of seven potential customers. This incident reflects poorly on the salon's organization and ability to manage appointments.
Another customer had concerns about the hygiene practices of the salon. While waiting for her pedicure, she observed the technician reusing gloves and nail clippers without proper sterilization. She considered this practice to be unsanitary and warned others to watch the technicians carefully. This feedback raises concerns about the salon's commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, which is essential for the safety and well-being of customers.
One comment highlighted interpersonal issues between a specific technician and a customer. The technician was described as unprofessional, asking personal questions about the customer's income and being rude. There were instances of overcharging and poor service quality, such as spilling hot wax on the customer's shirt and missing patches of hair during a waxing service. These negative experiences indicate a lack of professionalism and customer care on the part of the specific technician mentioned.
Furthermore, another customer expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of services received. While the salon provided great quality service at decent prices, the customer expressed concerns about the amount of time some procedures took. Acrylic nails, for example, required a significant time commitment, despite being a plain color. This feedback suggests that the salon may need to improve its efficiency in providing certain services to minimize customer wait times.
Lastly, a customer had a distressing experience during a pedicure. The technician exhibited unsanitary practices by using tools from a bin without properly sanitizing them. The customer's toes began to bleed, and the technician threw the used bloody tool back into the bin, raising concerns about the salon's hygiene standards. The customer also noticed that the foot bath was not properly cleaned between clients, potentially spreading communicable diseases. This feedback highlights significant lapses in hygiene protocols, which pose a serious risk to customer health and safety.
In summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of Pro Nails, the salon has excelled in nail design, demonstrated kindness towards customers, and offers a wide selection of nail polish colors. However, there are concerns regarding time management, hygiene practices, professionalism, and service quality that need to be addressed by the salon. Improvements in these areas would enhance the overall customer experience and reputation of Pro Nails.

I got my nails done for my wedding here and they were so great!! They took care of all my bridesmaids as well. Tammy did the cutest ombré and added slight sparkle. I got sooooo many compliments! This is a picture about 4 days after she did them. Also she was very gentle when taking off my previous acrylic and doing my cuticles. And she did the best shaping I’ve ever had. I will be back!
We scheduled an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday @ 10 am. The lady who answered the phone told us to arrive by 9:45 am. Mind you they don’t open until 10 am so that was confusing but we still did so. Sat outside till 10:15 am. Doors were locked, nobody answered the phone & all lights turned off. Very unprofessional to schedule appointments then not open your doors. They lost 7 customers this morning due to their lack of time management. 2 appointment holders & 5 walk ins all waiting outside but nothing. I would get your nails done elsewhere.
They were very kind! The guy who did my nails was especially kind and gentle with my hands! I had a great time and there were many colors to chose from, but I am just wanting to say that the staff were great and kind people!♡
I came in to the salon. While there I had to wait 20 minutes to get into the pedicure chair. While sitting there the Nail lady was finishing a Pedicure with another lady. When she was done with that lady she hoped in the chair in front of me to do my pedicure. Then she used the same gloves but flipped them inside out. After that she didn't grab a new sterile package of nail clippers. She used the same ones she had used on the previous lady. I thought this was really gross and other girls can catch something if they keep doing this.
If you go here make sure you watch them carefully.
This place started out being ok. The owner Tami used to be very nice. One of the other main Vietnamese workers however is NOT professional at all. She would ask me how much money I made, what relation to me was my friend that came in, spilled hot wax on my shirt and stained it and didn't even bat an eye at that, would miss the same patch of hair on my chin each time I'd get my face waxed and I would have to go back in to have her fix it. This same gal would charge me different prices every time for face waxing. I learned at the end that she was increasing prices from what they were to get extra money. This same gal raised her voice at me several times, especially when I would mention a discount that Tami offered me for Jan and Feb for giving them a Christmas present. She'd say, "YOU NO DISCOUNT!!'' YOU NO DISCOUNT" That in and of itself was embarrassing and humiliating. The last time I let her wax my face she ended up tweezing a bunch of spots instead of waxing and it really hurt!! I finally said, "stop!! I pay you to wax my face, so use the wax!! The only reason I really went back that last time was to utilize a small discount that Tami had given me, and even that was a huge mistake. So I did say something to Tami about how rude she was, and Tami just said, "next time just have me do it". I had to tell Tami that this lady was charging more than the price list and Tami didn't believe me. I went in the other day and Tami was very rude. She asked why I didn't make an appointment. I told her I've never made an appointment before. She told me she was booked for the next 4 hours and to go somewhere else!! i would NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE EVER!!!!!
PRICE LIST AT THE BOTTOM-
I've been going to Pro Nails for a long time, and have an almost perfect track record with them. I've had just about every service done, and can honestly say they give great quality service for pretty decent prices! My only concern is the amount of time they take to complete some of the procedures. If I go in for acrylic nails, I always have to block about 2 hours out of my schedule. They are always just a plain color, and never complex, but they take quite a bit of time. However the staff is friendly and very kind if you make conveersation with them, and always deliver great quality nails and services! Would certainly recommend!
Went in for a pedicure, on 7-25-2022 at 12:15p, sat there until 12:50p, then they started, finally got up and left without being finished at 1:50, the lady would get up and walk around, talk to her coworker, read magazines, and would come back to do something else on my feet, then go wander around again....While she was painting my toes, i noticed that she kept getting tools from a plastic bin, that had dozens of tools inside of it. She continued to to use clippers on my toes, which then began to bleed quite a bit, she then threw the used bloody tool back into the bin, then would grab another tool from the bin. The pumice stone was VERY OLD AND VERY USED, along with the scrub brush she used on my feet where all the bristles were spread out. There was a lady next to me getting a pedicure, when she was finished, they drained the foot bath, and did no sanitizing or anything with it. When i sat down for mine, no cleaning prior to me sitting down was done. My toes are now red, swollen, and inflammed which i am assuming is an infection brewing...These people need to be shut down, before they start spreading communicable diseases. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING
First time I went my nails were great. I went back to get a fill and she WRECKED my cuticles. Like big gashes everywhere then to top it off she didn’t paint all the way to the top of the nail so now my nails already look grown out(probably cause she knew she wrecked my cuticles and don’t want to get close)
Pedicure was okay. It was not much of a pedicure though just basically painted nails.
