Quick Facts About Queen's Nails
Strengths:
1. Uncomplicated: One comment highlights that the salon is uncomplicated, suggesting that the process of getting a pedicure or manicure is straightforward and hassle-free. This is a strength as it ensures customers have a seamless and efficient experience.
2. Fair prices: Another comment mentions that the salon offers fair prices for its services. Specifically, it states that a pedicure with a massage, salt treatment, and special callus removal costs around $40. Fair pricing is an advantage as it attracts customers who are looking for affordable options without compromising on quality.
3. Huge selection of nail polish: The salon is praised for its vast selection of nail polish colors. This is beneficial as it allows customers to choose from a wide range of options and find a shade that suits their preferences and style.
4. Friendly service: One customer comments on the friendly nature of the staff. Having friendly employees creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere, making customers feel comfortable and satisfied with their experience.
5. Spectacular job: A customer mentions that they have had work done on their feet by four different employees, and all of them have done a spectacular job. This suggests that the salon has skilled and talented technicians who consistently deliver high-quality results. Providing excellent service and achieving customer satisfaction are strong attributes for any salon.
Weaknesses:
1. Lack of attention to detail: One customer complains that during their visit, the technician was not fully attentive to their job and ended up cutting the customer a few times. This suggests a weakness in the salon's attention to detail and quality control. Inadequate attention to detail can lead to customer dissatisfaction and potential harm.
2. Lack of relaxation during service: A customer shares that they felt unable to relax and enjoy their service because the technician was multitasking, talking on a video call, and trying to manage other employees. This indicates a weakness in the salon's ability to provide a tranquil and serene ambiance for customers to fully relax and enjoy their treatments.
3. Hygiene concerns: A potential weakness is highlighted by a customer who observed a nail technician dipping a brush used on a previous customer into the stock bottle. This raises concerns about the salon's hygiene practices and overall cleanliness. Poor hygiene can drive customers away and negatively impact the salon's reputation.
4. Unprofessional behavior: One comment describes a highly unprofessional encounter with the staff at the salon. The customer recounts a rude interaction where the employees displayed a lack of gratitude for their business and openly expressed disinterest in providing service. Unprofessional behavior can severely damage the salon's reputation and deter customers from returning or recommending the establishment.
In conclusion, Queen's Nails place has strengths such as being uncomplicated, offering fair prices, providing a wide selection of nail polish, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. However, weaknesses include a lack of attention to detail, difficulty in achieving a relaxing experience, potential hygiene concerns, and instances of unprofessional behavior. Addressing these weaknesses would be crucial for the salon to continuously improve its services and maintain a positive reputation.

This is my "go to salon" for pedicures. I've only been to one other in the tri-state area, but I'm so satisfied with the work they do here, I feel no need to look for another place. Yeah, sometimes it tickles, sometimes it hurts but the end result is worth it. I've had work done on my feet by four different employees, and they all do a spectacular job.
Ask for an ombre with glitter and this is what I got plus got charged an extra $10.00, not what I had in mind, but not too bad. The lady cut me a few times as she was not paying full attention to her job and, was charged with anxiety and a little too rough for me, so I was not able to relax and enjoy the service...she was doing my nails while trying to patrol all other employees there, and talking on a video call. Maybe I am sensitive on how I like to be treated, especially if I am paying and l am a new client.
Am happy with my nails. However. I’ve never had a technician slap my hand to let me know he wants the other. Not have I ever had the gel dry machine burn my fingers so badly that I could feel it in between my nail and skin. After I took my hand out of the machine I was shaking off the burn and blowing on the finger that felt it most, the technician said “it burn?” I said yes, she proceeded to spray me with water like I’ve seen people do to cats. I do like the nails though. Good length for me.
I went in for service. I wasn't 100% about the quality. While, waiting, a nail tech dipped the brush she'd just used on a customer, in the stock bottle. I thought if they do this in front of customer, the other hygiene might be questionable. I left without service and would not return.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It was 3:10pm on a Tuesday and there was nobody in the place and 4 technicians standing at the front desk on their phones. When I asked if me and another person could get our nails done one of the girls legit rolled her eyes and said "I'm tired I'm not doing it.." and walked away. Two of the other girls ignored us while they were on their phones and also walked away.
The lady that I'm assuming was in charge told us she didn't want to do our nails and try coming back another day. I was nice and said I understand especially if clients were coming in with appointments and she said no that wasn't the reason, they just didn't feel like doing our nails! I told her I was a local and wanted to give a local business our money and she said dont bother! I am not exaggerating, if anything I am not giving all the sordid rude details that occurred while I was trying to communicate with them nicely. After 10 minutes me and my friend were so offended by how rude these ladies were that I did lose my cool and told them I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were treating us especially since there wasn't ONE client in there (which now looking back maybe their behavior might have been a reason they didn't have anyone in there) and we left. I have never seen or experienced anything like that and honestly couldn't believe it. That is a long winded way of saying please save yourself the hassle and take your money somewhere where they will be grateful to have customers, busy or not.
They did a wonderful manicure and pedicure. Nails came out looking great. Staff are very professional. Will be visiting them regularly.
