I get my hair cut by Alexis and she is amazing! Every time I leave I am happy and in love with my hair cut, so much I brought my mom to get her hair cut too. I highly recommend Alexis and this salon. The ladies the services the atmosphere it's all worth the money you spend.
You know that feeling when you walk into a place and the staff is really happy to see you? Yeah, didn't get that here at all. I walk in, there were 2 ladies at the front desk. They were having a conversation that didn't stop until I was in front of them and waiting for 5 seconds. It was a hello, how can I help you? Very dry and just...eh. i believe they should have known it was my first time here, but nope just "you're checked in and there is a waiting area to your right. I started to walk out right then and there for lack of engaging customer service, but I stayed.
Waiting area was quaint. Not necessarily a room, but kind of an enlarged hallway with a chair for paid massages, Keurig, fresh water, glasses, a tabletop fountain and many knickknacks for sale (jewelry, small purses and hats).
My appointment was for 4:30, but I came a bit early so I could get the full experience and write a detailed review.
My stylist was Brenna. She was very nice and did a great job with snipping my ends and listening to the style I wanted. I would have liked more information on how to treat my curls such as at night or when they look really dry, but for the most part, she gave me some good directions on how to use the DevaCurl line. She upsold me on a $30 deep conditioning that I don't think lasted as long as she said it would (3 weeks but day 3 my hair was looking dry. I fixed that with my DevaCurl products).
My total was $150 and I left a tip as well. I was offered wine in which I obliged and thought that was a nice touch, but I don't think I will return. Not too ethnically diverse, but still a clean salon. I just wish it was more welcoming and for the price I paid, I feel as though things like nightly routines shouldn't have been left out of our DevaCurl full tutorial convo.
Crystal is AMAZING! She always goes above & beyond to ensure she achieves my vision while maintaining the integrity of my hair. Her experience & skills are worth every penny she charges. I wouldn't trust my color to another!
Received a complimentary haircut here in return for being a hair model for a clinic they were holding. Ended up with an awesome cut and all the stylists were engaged and eager to learn new techniques.
Hannah was an absolute dream. I have never dyed, bleached, or done anything to my hair before. I was nervous to be honest. But she took care of me and did an amazing job! I went from a realllly dark brunette to have a beautiful blonde balayage! My hair still feels soft and healthy on top of it all. High recommend going to see Hannah over at salon cuvée. Here’s a before and after :)
Today was my first time meeting Crystal and having her cut my hair and I must say not only was her customer service AMAZING she did an AWESOME job on my hair!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my bob!!! She cuts effortlessly and is so confident!! I'm super picky too. Will definitely book an appointment with Crystal again!!
I don’t normally post reviews but had to this time….For Alexis! She is young, modest, and Gifted. I know there are my hair stylists out there, but if you want someone who listens to what you want and delivers - See Alexis. I have shorter hair and needed a lift and a little sass. Done. Will definitely be going back!
Alyssa is the best. She is so pleasant, puts you at ease and makes you comfortable. She is so skilled at what she does, she accommodates what you want with what your lashes need to be healthy. My lashes last and last. I am so happy with her service. Thank you, Alyssa ????
