I have been coming here for several years. I used to bring my mother with me before she passed away two years ago. They were extremely good to us and very patient with my mother whom had dementia. I still come here and have always received excellent treatment. Everyone always comments on how beautiful my nails are. I highly recommend this place.

I will NEVER go back here again! I got a pedicure and manicure she was rushing and did an awful job. All of them are very rude they will not talk to you or make you feel welcome. I wouldn’t take my dog to this salon and I don’t even have a dog. Service and Customer service is AWFUL. Don’t waste your money here because that’s exactly what I did today

Been here a few times and honestly didn’t like my nails all that much but there a easy stop in thats why i tried again for a fill in and they tell me they don’t do “long nails” lol then wat do u do?? Exclusively short short nails?? I don’t understand. Keep in mind they did my long nails before??? So sounds like they didn’t wanna work hard

I love going to Sassy Nail, they are fast and professional with reasonable prices. I’m always incredibly happy with the service, and would recommend giving them a try!

I have never felt so rushed in my life at a nail salon. A friend suggested going to this location and it ended up being super convenient. The man was rushing around, had my nails soaking in acetone for 20 minutes and kept getting up and leaving in the middle of my service just to walk around the store and come back. The man who took care of my SNS powder was awful, he was so rough. I said ouch multiple times and he ignored me. He cut my cuticle enough to make it bleed. On top of that, I came in to get my nails done four days ago, they're already chipped and the white color has faded to yellow. They are AWFUL looking. I am very unhappy and will not be recommending or returning to this location!! Awful service

First I’m really shocked at some of these negative comments!. This is a good nail salon, very professional, & friendly. Prices are great, & they do an excellent job. I have been going here since I moved to Dallas from Charlotte for four years now. My review might appear new, but I’m a long time customer. My only complaints is that there are only two nail techs so it can take a while, & the wife does a rush job doing pedicures. However they recently brought in two new ladies who only do pedicures though, & they do a good job. I definitely recommend them if you have a little time to wait to get your nails done.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to get their nails done or pedicure at Sassy Nails. The male technician is very aggressive and rude. I won't be going back.
