2. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the banter and the tips that he gave me since I was visiting the city for the first time.
3. The portion is more than enough for you!! I was so full and satisfied with my regular size cod fillet plus chips. And the tartar sauce, amazing ????????
4. For a traditional and old place in Bath, the food is still on point and true to itself. The batter was not too greasy and the chips fried to the right crunchiness.
Anytime I'm back in the city, I will definitely visit again.

I ordered before I saw the revues but luckily they were proven wrong. The lady who took my order was very pleasant. I ordered the lunch special for $12 GBP which included fish and chips, mushy peas, toast with butter and tea or coffee. The fish breading was great, not too much nor too little. The fish itself didn’t have a fishy flavor which seemed to be fresh. The chips were piping hot and crispy golden brown. All in all, great price for a lunch in Bath.

Amazing fish and chips place. So many choices. Also had halloumi for vegeterians and beans, etc. We had the Posh Fish and Chips, which was worth trying and both got larger beers. We ended the evening with their sticky toffee pudding with the best vanilla ice cream of my life.
So the good parts where staff friendly, chips nicely cooked. Batter was good not too creasy.
Bad was the fish it was not fresh tasting at all. It was not edible, I tried but unfortunately it had to be wasted
