I came in my lunch break. And while the lady was very nice when I got home after work I realized my face framing bangs are uneven.way more was cut off the left side vs the right side. so I got my husband to take a photo of the back and noticed it was choppy in some areas. Hopefully when I go to let someone else fix this they don’t have to go shorter. I knew something was wrong when she didn’t offer to let me see the back like normal. I was out of time for my lunch break so I didn’t think much of it. I don’t go and get my hair cut because I don’t trust anyone. I cut 10”+ off and look what happens! ????

Jessica is the only person I will allow to do my hair! There's a reason Shear Envy has been around as long as they have, it's because of top-notch results, excellent customer service and friendly smiles all around!

Jessica was a very nice. I was a wall in no problem. She done a great job!

I saw Heather today for a cut. She BOTCHED my hair. I had to go to another salon after to get it fixed. They had to cut an extra 3 inches off to fix the “layers” she gave me. So now I am stuck with hair above my shoulders when I wanted collar bone length. I cried for over 2 hours. I have never in my life had a hair experience this bad. Will never be back and will never recommend. DO NOT COME HERE.

I love all the ladies here at the salon! Different ones have cut my hair at different times but my go to is sweet Gwen! I am very funny about my hair and had the same hairdresser for years but when she retired I had to find someone that knew how to make me happy and what I wanted! I can tell Gwen what I’d like to have and she always makes me happy and feel good when I leave!! Feel like family there!!!!

My Mom has her hair done here. We live in Montgomery so it's a little bit out of the way. They really take the time to get it right and make you happy. Even if Mom isn't 100% happy with her cut, she keeps going back because she loves Gwen.
