I wanted to try a new salon that wasn’t too far and so I settled on this since I am new to the area and Avon at 5 dollars a gallon for gas is a bit far for just my nails at my old regular salon or so I thought.

I’m not a picky person and can normally roll with the flow. I stopped in with my daughter ( hers was worse) and it seemed well enough. The white trim on my nails didn’t follow the visible natural nail line below but That I could live with. Then I was a bit perplexed as to why the tech was filing after setting the gel polish but I could live with or touch it up myself if it looked chipped.

Aside from being burned a bit by the UV light I was ok with the outcome. Thinking to myself I’d probably give one more go.

Fast forward to now the white on my nails is discolored looking gross as hell and while I was drying off from a shower one of my nails just popped off! I have had this set less than two weeks! I will not be returning and seeking my old tech in Avon to either fix / redo the entire set. I have NEVER had a nail just pop off….

As for my daughter her gel polish came off in an entire piece off her nails after a day :( 20 bucks wasted on a gel mani that didn’t last when my regular place it would last till the nail grew or they took it off for a new color!

This place is under new management and wow are they doing an incredible job! Super satisfied, it was a wonderful experience AND I have absolutely gorgeous nails. My technician was quick and efficient yet still did my nails with care. Just look at the pic! Everyone was so sweet and the service was amazing. I'll definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends. I'm excited that I've finally found a nail salon that's perfect! Worth every penny.

All I can say is WOW. I haven't had such a great experience at a nail shop in awhile. My nails came out as exactly as I wanted them (picture below). I don't get my nails done often, mostly due to past unsatisfied experiences, but I wanted to treat myself recently for my birthday. And these results were WELL BEYOND my expectations! There was barely any wait time, and staff was kind and most importantly LISTENED to my requests and concerns. I felt so heard and at home. The appointment was relaxing and felt like a girl's day out - exactly the kind of feeling I wanted from a spa and nail trip. Plus, the price was affordable given the quality. Will definitely be returning soon, and bringing my sisters along as well. HIGHLY recommend!!! ❤️

Spa nails has made a huge turn around I am very hard on my nails and they hold up so well!! Christi is an absolutely gem of a person so happy I found her. By far one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had

I am absolutely in LOVE with how my nails turned out; my overall experience at Spa & Nails was wonderful! The service is so fast and the staff are all soooo kind! I had a very stressful week, but after getting my nails done here I walked out feeling so refreshed!

PEDICURES ARE GREAT AND AFFORDABLE HOWEVER....

I went in for a mani/pedi set since they advertised a deal on their window that it’s $50 for both.

Pedicures are great and affordable to other places however, when it comes to full set manicures, I was not all impressed.

I headed over to spa and nails on a friday so i expected it to be busy, which it was.

I was told wait was 10 minutes and when I went to sit down, their was a lady who was sitting next to me who got there before me and stated that they told her 6 minutes 20 minutes ago???? -

The wait did not bother me, about a half hour Later i get to my seat where they began my pedicure. A very deep and thorough pedicure. Comfortable and the lady I had did great. I recommend a pedicure because for an affordable cost, they do more than other places who overcharge.

Later when it Was time for me to get a manicure , I asked if i can get a french fade done. I showed him a picture and He says “we don’t do this here” because it’s not the same powder that’s used. Bummed out, I chose to do a regular full set but with gel polish. He mentions that because of the gel polish, it will be an additional $10. I say okay with no complaints and proceed to get my nails done.

He was a bit rough with the way he handled my hands but I didn’t let that bother me. But the way he shaved down the nail and uses his nail to fix everything it kept on hurting. I usually sit comfortably during a manicure but damn I was hurting in the process of getting them

Done. Also, i understand that if someone hasn’t had their nails done in a while that the after feeling can be a feeling of soreness but it was bad like i needed two advils bad..

Once everything Was complete i went to the register to expect to pay $60 ($64.80) with tax and he states my total was $80.

I question him as to why so expensive and he says because i used gel polish. I respond by saying that he said it’s $10 more for gel so why Am i being overcharged. He proceeds to explain that he shaped my nails and placed the gel nail polish is what made it more expensive.

I was exhausted and didn’t want to argue! But if u look at the picture i posted, As you can see, it’s a BASIC NAIL JOB!

I continue to say that i walked in here because it was advertised $50 for both and after we talked $60 .. where did that $20 come

From I HAVE NO CLUE.

He then tries to make me feel better by offering to take off $5 like that was going to make a difference.

I ended paying $75 and tipping the pedicurist as well.

Disappointed

Overcharged (by advertisement)

And was rushed

So pretty much i wont go there again but if someone needs a nice quick pedicure.. go for it ..

It’s been exactly one week from the time I’ve been at this salon for the last time. Any other clients if it would have been treated the way I was treated for sure it won’t return to this place ever!!!!!! I’ve been going to the salon for about a year and always having my procedures done by the same lady “ C”. From the beginning I was very impressed with the way she was working she was giving me the perfect manicure (including filling ,acrylic overlay). Ever since I started to go there I requested to have only the two procedures done the filling and acrylic overlay nothing else never had any nail polish or gel done by the technician because I wanted to do all this by myself. Unfortunately the past 34 times I’ve been going there the technician that was working on me always the same one started to complain every single time I would go that my nails were looking bad ,that I have a lot of chipping on my nails that I should not apply that kind of nail polish or I should not apply gel because it’s too much for her to remote it….. So on and so forth the complaints did not stop every time I would go there but this last time it was absolutely unacceptable the way she treated me!!!!!!!!!! She was extremely upset because she had to use 4 Cotton balls to wipe off the nail polish that I had on and the more she had to work on wiping off my nails done more upset she started to get…. From that point on the entire worst experience in a nail salon start it for me:::: She rushed through the entire procedure while she was applying acrylic on my nails when she was filing she acted like she was extremely angry and as time went on I could feel her getting angrier and angrier…. Once she got the last Filing procedure (the very fine one )she was definitely done with me and she was absolutely rough , unprofessional, unacceptable treating me!!!!! I ended up paying her and giving her the tip that I always gave her she did thank me but I have no words for her. While driving back home I was extremely disappointed disoriented and sad not only for the treatment that I’ve got but also with the way I let that entire situation go…. So I decided to call the salon and once she answered and she realized that it was me she decided to hang up on me. I would not give up on that so I called back again and there was finally another person answering after a long time , but at least I was able to tell him to forward my message to the technician that’s helped me earlier and my message to her was that from now on she hopefully one treat any other clients the way she treated me very Unprofessional!!!!!
