Sadly the consistency of the drinks being made here has gone down hill. I've had to ask for mine to be remade a few times. Either milk not foamed or burnt. I don't have time to wait for this and parking is a nightmare so gonna cut my losses now and move on to somewhere else. Shame as have been coming here for years but if you pay high prices for coffee then you expect it to be made right. Think I can make a better one at home.
The service in this place is slow , I'll visit the other coffee houses in the future. Also I was served my cappuccino in a mug instead of a Cup. Obviously trades on its name rather than it service.
The standard is this sore has gone down dramatically its such a shame it used to be one of the best coffe shops around the area.
Some stuff members they don't seem to care about urgency in serving customers...you find some just chatting and laughing behind the counter when que is snaking around..
I was there yesterday morning for a catch up with a friend, as we were going to pay I asked if I could use my blue light discount card, just b4 I paid but as she (blonde young girl) already had entered the amount in full, the answer I had was ‘sorry, too late’. I found the customer service very poor, no engagement or any xmas spirit apart of the clothes they were wearing! Her colleagues were looking at me and nobody tried to help me, making me feel even worst for asking to use my card! I guess these girls would have been clapping for her emergency services during the pandemic… Shame on you all.
This is by far the Best Starbucks I've had down south. Not only do they make the drink perfect each and every time, even customising for this difficult customer lol ???? but they are always Happy which makes my visit feel like I'm truly welcomed. In such difficult times it's so nice to be able to lose oneself from the crazy world and relax with good vibes! Lloyd and Olivia served me today and they are a credit to the brand! I actually find myself passing a few Starbucks on my way...but if you want perfection everytime or at least a smile with your coffee...then you just got to pop into tgis store. Broadwater Starbucks ???? second to none ???? Thankyou!
Spent a very pleasant hour or so here, with a companion. Excellent tall, skinny, cappuccino. My companion had a latte. Nice ambience, plenty of space and places to sit. Good loos.
Had a really brief visit here as we were travelling through and, with the heatwave we've been experiencing, we needed ice drinks. Lisa was fantastic at taking our order, and left us smiling and laughing after she light-heartedly took our many varied requests. The team made fantastic iced coffee and even filled up our water bottle with ice. A real privilege to visit, and Lisa was definitely the highlight of our visit - a real asset to the team!
