One very rude member of staff who waved her hand at me to hurry up with repeating my order after she didn’t hear me the first time.
Multiple times I’ve asked when cinnamon sprinkles would be back in stock and they’ve stated they go across the road to M&S for the majority of their products and it’s still not back after 3 months of asking.
Always ask for my coffee a certain way and they do it the opposite.

The cleanliness of the store is revolting. They don’t clear tables quick enough leaving customers sitting at tables waiting for their orders with other people’s orders sat under their noses, walls have stains and spillage marks on them and haven’t been wiped since I’ve been visiting since November 2022. Toilets aren’t great either if I’m honest. My pet hate is when the seats aren’t wiped during cleaning the tables but I’ve never seen them with a spray bottle and cloth cleaning the tables after clearing crockery off of them.

The poor insufficient staff have to cope with queues of people waiting to be served whilst juggling deliveroo orders too and its not working ...tables need clearing and the room needed a good mop too as the whole area was dirty.
A simple coffee becomes stressful as waiting customers become impatient ????
The most unclean toilet I've ever seen in a Starbucks, the smell was horrendous. The coffee and cookie were lovely, but wouldn't recommend using the toilet there.
The moment we sat by the table I was regretting not ordering a take away or going to M&S cafe...The place is filthy..tables, seats, the floor, walls, the counter..the toilet…not very pleasant…even my little one made a comment, is speaks for itself…it’s a shame as food is served there and things like that make your experience worse.
Two stars for both coffee and food - we enjoyed it to certain extent..

Was busy but were served quickly, staff were friendly, place is clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Dog and child friendly.
I phone up the store as got the wrong order and spoke to the women working to day on the 27th January think her name was Cacia she one of the most helpful and go her way to help me to sort out the problem . Thank you for everything you do and done for me.
It's the same as any other Starbucks. Good service great coffee and food. Plenty of free parking and close to other stores.
