STARBUCKS should let their customers know about this. Or at least make big aware rather than we end up chasing fines.
They have wheelchair accessibility.
Only worry was, they didn’t have enough seatings available outside since the day was blessed with sun ????. We rarely get to see the sun in the uk so make use of the outdoor space with more seatings.
Stayed in with a friend for a drink and cake last Saturday, got our drinks in a paper cups..
Service is good, but staff was constantly cleaning the floor, and it made us a bit uncomfortable, like they want us to leave. Saturday was not a busy evening. it was calming and relaxing atmosphere.
Customer service was good; polite and helpful barrister. However, the floor isn’t regularly swept. Previous customer’s food crumbs, straw wrappers etc. The table and upholstery was also unclean. Such a shame as the coffee shop has huge potential to feel more welcoming.
The guys at Starbucks Bermuda in Nuneaton are great, always friendly and a great service. Try a warm cinnamon swirl absolutely amazing with toffee nut latte.....

I thought they may have been understaffed but saw 3 women working at the window.
If I pay rolls Royce prices for a coffee it's nice to get a prompt and efficient service.

Got just terrible experience in Nuneaton Starbucks. The staff is rude, not accurate, constantly messing with the orders. The lady lied that we ordered it wrong, but we were 4 people who heard exactly what was ordered. It's not the first time and different lady, but still the same rude attitude. Unfortunately, lady doing our order refused to give us her name. Oh, very professional. On the first order they put whipped cream on the wrong cup. Silly mistake, it happens. We said that it should have been the other way around. Lady just took those glasses, threw them in the sink and started to scream at us that we messed with our orders, she had to work the whole week without holiday, she is tired and because of us she have to prepare everything all over again. She was so rude, told take your money and don't ever come back. The only thing she had to do is just put whipped cream on the drink as it it in a receipt. But she prepared two new drinks constantly complaining and throwing things over the kitchen and as a result she did the same mistake again. It wasn’t our mistake and even if it was, it’s absolutely disgusting attitude to the clients. We came there to buy drinks for our kids, not to destroy our day in the early morning. Is it Starbucks policy to deal with mistakes or are those girls independent enough to come up with their own rules of communication with clients? Today another lady made a mistake and made caffeinated drink for the child. We told her and received the same attitude, she was rude, telling us we did mistake. What is the problem with the staff in there?
Went with a friend for coffee and chat .I had a wite choc hot chocolate which wasn't bad. Floor inside needed sweeping, upholstered seating was tired and with some stains, zero atmosphere, everyone in their own little world. Quite busy so had to wait few minutes for service. Disabled toilet clean,but last person had not flushed. Fortunately only paper there. Overall not bad, but not somewhere I would go regularly as can't afford £3.99 for a drink each time.
Amazing staff! Joe, Beau, Marshall, Caitlyn all the lovely ladies they’re all so helpful. I always pick up my customised caramel Mac from them and they make it exactly how I want.
The manager is really helpful. Him and the staff goes the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy and I’ve never had any problems with them. If somehow you don’t like your coffee they’ll make another one for you.
I couldn’t praise them all enough. They’re lovely bunch of people and so full of life.
