I am supposed to get my engagement photos done but not with my nails looking like this. You can tell in the photo it was poorly done. Streaky, uneven looking, and to too it off they aren’t even smooth. Sad and disappointed because they are kind and have great prices. They have done better

I drive past several nails shops to see Renee everytime! She always does an amazing job, whether I bring a photo for inspiration or just let her creativity suprise me ❤ She never fails, from something simple, to over the top with crystals and colors my nails are always beautiful. I love this place! My go to nail shop for mani and pedi. ???? updated with more pictures, Renee is still my favorite "go to" for nails.
My daughter, Sara, was in yesterday (1/6/23) with Renee, whom has been doing Sara's nails, brows and pedicures for four years. Yesterday Renee was extremely rude to Sara by rushing her because she had a client waiting. Sara comes on a regular basis to see Renee, tips well and is loyal to the business. Because of Renee's rudeness, Sara will not return. Sara and I are servers at a popular business and share her experience with Renee. Word of mouth is very powerful to one's business and to have rude employees is detrimental. Renee picked the wrong person to be rude and disrespectful toward.
I have been coming here for years! The way I was treated yesterday was unheard of! Renee has been my lady forever and rushed me out the door because she had “another” client. I’m sorry, I am also a client and have been for years! I was rushed to pick a color that I absolutely hate and was spoke to like I didn’t matter at all. I was also supposed to get my eye brows done and couldn’t even get that done because she was rushing me out of the door. We all have appointments there for the most part, I myself have had to wait also. The lady behind me would have had to wait 5 minutes or so. I have waited much longer for Renee to finish with another “client.” She wasn’t pushing them out the door for me! Needless to say, they lost a loyal customer yesterday! No client is better than the next and nail shops come a dime a dozen!
Have been here twice and have LOVED the service. I had the gentle man, Van I believe is his name for my pedicures and they have been great both times, zero complaints.
I got a mani pedi done here and I am very disappointed by the turnout. The process took about 2 hours which is crazy for just a polish. Then the polish (which is supposed to be a flat dark purple) bubbled when it dried. The lady who did my nails said it was normal and because I was in a time crunch I had to leave. Now I have terrible looking nails and when I called to see if they could re-do the polish, they told me that they don’t do that. I was willing to work with them. Not impressed and I will not be going back nor will I recommend it to anyone.
I would do lower but they did my feet pretty okay. The reason for my review is the way they treated my friend when she called to complain about how she was treated. She is the one that recommended this place. They cut her when doing her nails, but she didn’t want to speak up and make a scene so she said she would call later. But when she called, the owner was some what rude. I understand that she should have said something, but the owner didn’t even try to fix the problem. She told my friend to come back in 2 week, and when asked if she would have to pay, they said yeah. But why would she have to pay for a service that was done badly, the nails are all misshapen and they made her bleed. I’m going to assume the guy was new since they couldn’t even do the design she wanted. Which she said was fine. But it wasn’t okay to mess up that badly. To be so aggressive with her. she is so kind she even tipped 20 dollars even though her nails look terrible. The only reason we came here was because she had previously had a good experience. But this left a bad taste in both our mouths. But based on how they seem to ignore the bad reviews, they probably don’t care. I guess it just depends who you get, and what day you go in. So hopefully if you choose this place, you have a better time. Edit: She did call, no reasonable solution was given. Was told to go back in 2 weeks. And when asked if she had to pay, she was told yes. So what exactly is she suppose to do? Go back after she was manhandled and cut? I personally don’t think she should have tipped anything, specially after that phone call, but what done is done. Thank you anyways.
