Everytime for my eyebrows i use to go over there its good place but the new lady “heena” she is soo rude she charged me $30 just for eyebrows and she just messed it up and forcing me to give her ratings on yelp i have a bad experience with that lady.

Nitu is very friendly and she does eyebrows really good I’m in love with my brows I really recommend this place and she’s very gentle

The lady who did my eyebrows literally threaded half of my brow off and tried blaming it on it being thin at the end but I’ve been going there for 2-3 years and have never had an issue. I was in such a shock that I just paid and left as she explained that it’ll take a month to grow back and to come and see her. I will never set foot in that place again.

I think the most frustrating thing is that she never even tried consulting with me if there was a problem; she just threaded it off. I’ve now had to learn how to draw on eyebrows until it grows back because I’ve never had to do it before.

I walked in at 6:46pm and both signs (and google) said they close at 7pm. The woman didn’t help me and she usually does my eyebrows in less than 7 minutes. It’s just not adequate business it’s unprofessional to do that to a paying customer.

I went for eyelash extensions a couple of days ago took some getting use to. My friends love them. I don't think I'll be getting them again it's just not my thing. The lady was super sweet and very professional. Made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole session.
