Weaknesses: 1. Unclean cutlery: One comment mentions that the cutlery was not as clean as expected. This is a significant drawback as it raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the cafe. Ensuring that all cutlery is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized is crucial for maintaining a positive reputation.

Although this may be subjective, a visually appealing and well-decorated space can enhance the overall dining experience and make customers feel more comfortable and relaxed.
3. Limited seating and parking: The cafe's small size and limited seating capacity, with only about 20 tables, can be a disadvantage, especially during peak times. Additionally, the availability of parking is noted as limited, which may pose an inconvenience for customers who drive to the cafe.
4. Minor issues: One commenter mentions minor issues that were rectified when brought to the staff's attention, such as slow service or mistakes with orders. While these issues were resolved, it suggests that there may be occasional lapses in service quality, which could frustrate some customers.
5. Long wait time and poor quality for takeaways: One negative comment highlights a 20-minute wait time for a takeaway, with cold and stale food upon arrival. This indicates that the cafe may struggle to handle peak periods efficiently, leading to delays and potentially compromising the quality of takeout orders.
In conclusion, Sunny Side Up Cafe has several strengths including great food, fast service, good value, friendly staff, and cleanliness. However, it also has some weaknesses such as unclean cutlery, a lack of character and decoration, limited seating and parking, occasional minor issues, and potential delays and quality issues with takeout orders. Addressing these weaknesses can further enhance the dining experience and customer satisfaction at the cafe.

Best TL Reviews

Food was great, toast and drinks arrived within minutes. The breakfasts were great too. Great value as the children ate for a £1.
Only downside was that the cutlery wasn't as clean as we would have expected.
Small cafe with a number of tables to seat about 20, could do with some character and some decorations on the wall. However, the staff were friendly, food came fast and most importantly was cooked well and tasted lovely. Overall enjoyed my breakfast :)
Very friendly pleasant staff. Cafe is rather small but do offer take out as well as sit in. Gets very busy around lunch time as you would expect, but they're very quick and serving and getting food out to you. Parking available but is limited. Nice food, well worth a visit if feeling hungry and in the area.
Went for a late breakfast here today, a few minor issues that were rectified on mentioning them but they wouldn't stop me going there again. Food was of a good standard, friendly staff, it's lovely and clean and reasonably priced
Only popped in for a cheeky bacon and egg roll, honestly I was blown away.... Absolutely delicious, I can only imagine how good the breakfast is, will definitely be calling again, hooooge brekkie next visit
Great little cafe, quick friendly service and good food at sensible prices. Well worth a visit.
20 minute wait for a bacon sarnie take away. Had to ask three times, each time being asked 'what did I order?'. Finally turned up when staff went to kitchen to find out where it was. Cold and not remotely fresh, I just left it on the counter. First and last visit.
Very good value. Friendly service. Busy on Thursday and Friday - need to be there before 10.30 or you will not get in for breakfast.
