I love my nail tech she does a beautiful job… I’ve been looking for a great tech for some time now being from New York. And I have found one the place is very clean and the first time I walked I. The door I was sold!!!!! This is now my home… great job guys!!!!
My first time visiting this establishment and I was disappointed and frustrated. My pedicure was great, and I enjoyed the technician. However my nail experience was horrible. First I was sat with a woman who couldn’t do my nails because I wanted Coffin shape. That’s fine because she was pleasant. However the lady I sat with next was rude and unprofessional. She kept walking off instead of starting on my nails. She walked off to buy food which took several minutes. Then she came back and started to talking to the guy selling the food, only to walk off again and go to the back. When she finally came back I was irritated. I asked for SNS, then she started naming all the extra fees. Tip, and Coffin shape was extra, that’s no issue. Then she said if I wanted a longer length it’s extra. I asked what is long? She told me she couldn’t say until I told her what length I wanted. As soon as I showed her she said it was long. The length she considered regular was almost the size of my real nails. So what is the purpose of the tip of its the size of my nail. I will never return.I left with unfinished nails
I came to get a full set and I brought my own nail art. Mimi was awesome! She did my nails so quick and she was nice. Thank you Mimi’
**Update: After speaking with the owner I went back and the owner had my nails redone and even threw in the dip nail and a new color. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I’m very satisfied and will be returning for sure!!
Original: After just three days of having gel applied to my nails my index finger had a hole break off which I found odd. Now, after 2 more days it’s peeling from the left side which is so awful. Very disappointed with the longevity of my nails. Smh
Mimi is my nail tech and she is the best I love her so much. The whole staff is amazing Nthn but pure love when you walk into there.
Worst pedicure ever. Came for my moms birthday and we both wanted the spa pedicure. Basically all we got was a color change! The ladies doing our pedicures only completed half the service. I did not receive a foot scrub, a leg massage, oil, or lotion. When I communicated that only half the service was completed, they basically called me a liar saying their team member stated she completed everything. She told me she would do the massage after my polish dried, but she put on her coat and left!! When I told her team members she did not complete the entire service, they said they SAW her. Meanwhile, I’m standing in the salon with ashy legs and feet because the service was half done! They also told me she completed the massage, she just did it so soft that I could not feel it. I was satisfied with my service UNTIL I was basically accused of lying about only getting half of my service completed. My nails are really cute but unfortunately I cannot support this business.
This is my favorite shop and I’ve been to a few in the Stockbridge/Rex area over the years. It is very professional and polite. Casey does my nails and Lily does my pedicure. Always satisfied! They both do a phenomenal job! David does well also.
My daughter and I came to this establishment because my regular nail lady was not in today. I must say I was very impressed with their work my daughter loved her eyebrows I will be coming back!!!
