Overall, while the pub has strengths such as friendly staff, good service, and affordable prices, there are some areas for improvement. The management may need to address issues with food quality and ensure that all meals are served hot and freshly cooked. Additionally, providing a quieter area or implementing noise-reducing measures during busy times could enhance the dining experience for those seeking a more relaxed atmosphere. Finally, considering allowing dogs in the pub may attract a wider range of customers and make them more likely to visit.

Super Pub immer wieder
Went for breakfast with my better half. Ordered the large which turned up missing bits from both plates. They did remedy this quickly but the food was cold and not freshly cooked. I'm sure I've had warmer pints! Very disappointed. I know it's cheap but still a cooked meal should be hot and all items accounted for.
Lovely team and a great service.
With the high volume the team deal with during the day I come in close to close and all the team are still smiling and really nice people and a good chat.
Big respect to the team at The Brit.
Its nice to drink in a wetherspoons where the staff care and enjoy their work.
I came in Friday night and was particularly impressed by their shift leader. Great vibe and a really nice way with his colleagues and customers.
The manager on shift tonight, Mark, was very attentive and lovely, chatty and cares for the venue cleaning and making sure everything was right from customers to clean tables and Uther the shift Leader was such a pleasant bloke to chat to even whilst closing and busy with tasks, a very interesting and also talented guy and also a lovely colleague with pink hair who was very nice and attentive and very helpful.
The shift supervisor from Friday, I believe he was called Will, was fantastic. A real 3 true credits in your company here.
I hate to say it.... I've found a spoons I actually like! Don't sell this one!
Comfortable seating. Service good. Food average & disappointing with some courses.
Very noisy atmosphere at times.
Went for breakfast twice and have to say worse spoons for portion size I've ever known. The place was clean and had a nice seating area outside and service was fast but it seemed like the food had been sat under heat lamps just waiting to go out or reheated. I don't know how their selection is later in the day but I'd suggest going for breakfast earlier as I went both days around 10 -11.30am maybe it's better if your there for opening ?
We went here on Tuesday to Celebrate a friends Birthday it was steak night so I ordered a Surf and Turf with all the trimmings it was well nice and of course had with a couple of cheeky glasses of red wine.
Got a little worse for wear, the alcohol just hit me quickly. After working in hospitality for many years I know how annoying people like me can be. Have pinned it on exhaustion and lack of eating.
The staff were superb and I can't fault them in the slightest. Thanks guys for the support that night.
I don't however recommend the rosè wine (I'm still blaming it ????)
Cheep and cheerful like all spoons however let's it down not being dog friendly for us im afraid. Staff always friendly. A very busy pub at times when football is on.
