Quick Facts About The Eva Hart - JD Wetherspoon

The Eva Hart - JD Wetherspoon pub has several strengths that make it an appealing choice for customers. Firstly, the pub is described as beautiful, with lots of lighter wood and a characterful atmosphere throughout. This aesthetic appeal is likely to attract customers who appreciate a visually appealing environment. Additionally, the pub occupies two floors, offering ample space for seating and creating a unique layout. The availability of booths and low tables is mentioned as a positive feature, indicating that the pub caters to different seating preferences. The inclusion of a rack of old walking sticks on the wall adds to the character and charm of the pub.
Another strength of The Eva Hart - JD Wetherspoon is the availability of a small car park in the rear. This convenience is likely to be appreciated by customers who drive to the pub, as it eliminates the hassle of finding alternative parking options. The seating out the front and down the side of the pub is also mentioned as a positive feature, providing customers with the option to enjoy their drinks and meals outdoors.
The quality of the drinks is highly praised, with both the Guinness and London Pride receiving compliments. The excellent quality of these beverages is likely to appeal to customers who prioritize a good range of drinks and appreciate well-made pints. Furthermore, the pub is described as a great place to go with a group, indicating that it can accommodate larger parties. The availability of fresh food is also mentioned, suggesting that customers can enjoy a meal alongside their drinks.
The cleanliness of the pub is highlighted, with specific praise given to the spacious and well-maintained toilets. This cleanliness is likely to make customers feel comfortable and reassured about the hygiene standards of the establishment. The helpful and friendly staff are also mentioned as a strength, with their great customer service being appreciated by patrons. The presence of staff who are accommodating and attentive can significantly enhance the overall experience for customers.
In terms of weaknesses, one comment expresses disappointment with the quality of certain food items, including the roasted vegetable pizza and burgers. While the overall experience is still described as good, these specific menu items did not meet the customer's expectations. This suggests that the pub may have room for improvement in terms of the consistency and quality of their food offerings.
Another weakness identified in a comment is the issue with the car park. The customer who had lunch at the pub found out that the car park is managed by a private company and is not intended for customers. This lack of clarity and the resulting parking fine left a negative impression on the customer, who vows never to return to the pub. This incident highlights a potential issue with communication and customer understanding regarding the use of the car park.
Lastly, one comment mentions a specific staff member called Vaiva who is described as rude and disrespectful. This negative experience with a staff member can impact the overall perception of the pub and suggest a need for improved staff training and management.
In conclusion, The Eva Hart - JD Wetherspoon pub has several strengths that make it an attractive choice for customers, including its beautiful design, ample seating options, quality drinks, and helpful staff. However, there are also areas for improvement, such as the consistency of the food offerings, communication regarding the car park, and addressing any issues with staff behavior. Overall, it seems to offer a pleasant pub experience with a few areas that could benefit from attention and improvement.

What a beautiful pub. Lots of lighter wood than normal in a spoons but looks great. The pub occupies two floors and displays wonderful character throughout. The usual array of seating available but definitely leans more towards booths and low tables than anything else. There is even a rack of old walking sticks on the wall. There is a small car park in the rear and seating out the front and down the side. The Guinness was excellent as was the London Pride.
Great place to go with group. It’s not very busy but serves fresh food. Nice and clean everywhere, the toilets are very specious. Ladies have good mirrors to do last minute touch ups ???? Foods are warm and tasty, specially the spicy coated prawn, love it. Upstairs are better for groups and if you prefer quieter area to sit. We tried roasted vegetable pizza as well but didn’t like that much, neither the burgers( Smoky chicken burger & veggie burger). We would have been given 5 star ???? if they were perfect ????. Anyway quite a good experience overall. Enjoy ????
Amazing atmosphere. Been there for Christmas meals, staff leaving drinks, socialising with friends/family. Staff have great customer service. Helpful and friendly. It’s great to have a local that you can feel comfortable going too.
Nice pub and unusual lay out. Toilets and gallery seating up on the first floor. No music/DJ here as with all weatherspoons but there is Sky sports for sports fans. Ample outside seating too for the warmer weather and those that enjoy a drink sat outside watching the world go by. Local Buses/restaurants & takeaways close by too.
Nachos and pasta are one of my favourites. Rest everything is delicious too. Love the ambience.
I went for lunch with my daughter as it is half term. Not being from the area I drove into the premises car park. Having noticed it is managed by Euro cat parks, a private company I thought it's fir customers only. We had our lunch and I decided to enquire with the staff regarding registering my vehicle. I was told without any consideration of not being from the area or neighbouring areas that the car park was not for customers but staff only. I told the staff there was no sign stating THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMERS CAR PARK. Anyway, a 2 steak lunches for £25 between myself and my 8 years old daughter cost me £65. £40 fixed penalty and £25 lunch.
I am appalled that such a company traps its customers this was. I certainly will never enter The EVA HART again and will advise all families to avoid it like the plague.
Decent pub...great beer, which is extremely important....and prices to die for ????????????
Bar overall is great!, but one person called VAIVA who works here is very very rude and disrespectful who calls workers all sorts of names, and makes them public for no reason, i hope you guys dont get intouch with her because honestly shes made so many problems for many people
