Quick Facts About The Red Stables Market

The Red Stables Market Place has several strengths that contribute to its positive reputation. One of its main strengths is the quality of its food and drinks. Customers consistently praise the great coffee, good breakfasts, and delicious array of scones, cakes, and sweet snacks available at The Red Stables. This highlights the market place's commitment to providing high-quality, tasty food options.
Another strength of The Red Stables is its focus on freshness. Customers appreciate the fresh food on offer, which indicates that the market place prioritizes using high-quality ingredients and ensuring the best possible taste. This dedication to freshness is likely to attract customers seeking a healthier and more flavorful dining experience.
The market place's staff is another strength mentioned in the comments. The dedicated staff is commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, which contributes to a positive atmosphere for customers. Friendly and attentive staff can enhance the overall customer experience and make visitors feel welcomed and well taken care of.
In addition to its food and staff, The Red Stables Market Place also benefits from its location. The market place is situated near St Anne's Park, a beautiful park filled with colorful rose gardens. This proximity to nature adds to the appeal of visiting The Red Stables, as customers can enjoy a nice walk or visit to the gardens before or after their meal. The availability of outdoor seating also allows customers to enjoy their food and drinks while taking in the pleasant surroundings.
The market place's connection to the local community is another strength highlighted in the comments. The mention of a farmers market on Saturdays indicates that The Red Stables actively supports local producers and suppliers. This commitment to supporting local businesses not only adds to the market place's appeal but also contributes to the sustainability and vibrancy of the local community.
Although The Red Stables Market Place has several strengths, there are also weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One of the weaknesses is the limited selection of less sugary take-out snacks. While the market place is praised for its wide range of scones, cakes, and sweet snacks, some customers would appreciate having more options for snacks that require less preparation or heating. This suggests that The Red Stables could expand its menu to cater to customers with different dietary preferences or restrictions.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of air conditioning in the kitchen, which can make it uncomfortable for the staff during hot weather. This can be detrimental to the working conditions and overall experience for both the staff and customers. Installing air conditioning in the kitchen would help create a more comfortable environment for the kitchen staff and ensure that they can perform their duties efficiently.
Furthermore, one comment mentions the high price of certain menu items. While the quality of the food is appreciated, some customers find the prices to be too expensive for certain items. It may be worth considering adjusting the pricing to ensure that it aligns with customers' expectations and provides good value for the money.
To conclude, the strengths of The Red Stables Market Place include its great coffee, good breakfasts, delicious array of scones, cakes, and sweet snacks, fresh food, dedicated staff, and its location near St Anne's Park. These strengths contribute to a positive dining experience for customers. However, the market place could address its weaknesses by expanding the selection of less sugary take-out snacks, investing in air conditioning for the kitchen, and considering appropriate pricing for certain items on the menu. By making these improvements, The Red Stables can further enhance its reputation and attract even more satisfied customers.

Great coffee, good breakfasts, excellent array of scones, cakes and sweet snacks. Fresh food, dedicated staff. My only gripe is personal - I’d love a few less sugary take-out snacks that you wouldn’t have to wait to be prepped or heated. But pretty much everything on offer is top class.
Delicious food, I had a vegetarian lasagna, the best in my life, even though poor guys in the kitchen were sweating so bad (no air conditioning is not cool)
Wonderful place for lunch or a coffee and cake break. Plenty of seating, and amazing delicious food. So friendly and helpful. Makes visiting the gardens a bit more special.
Very pleasant. Lovely place to walk around in. Coffee/tea & ice cream are available also.
Nice place to meet up with friends & chats. We are blessed having St Anne's Park on the north side. The Dublin Corporation keep it looking smashing, particularly the rose garden. It's in full bloom at present, very colourful and pretty.
Looking forward to a return visit soon. ????????
Great place to go on a Saturday open organic market nice street food
Lovely place little hidden gem. Staff are friendly food superb and coffee very nice. Good variety for adults but could expand the options for children. Perfectly placed with a playground and rose gardens nearby and a farmers market on a Saturday.
Nice lunch today, very busy spot. Really enjoyed the chicken satay wrap but I think €7 for a toasted Ham and cheese sandwich (although lovely) is too much. Looking forward to another visit ????
This is a delightful place to bring a guest for a snack, coffee or lunch. The outside dining area is very accommodating for anyone with dogs or children so there is much going on around the area - lovely food, good atmosphere and loads of lovely walks around the area.
