Quick Facts About The Tea Station
The Tea Station has several strengths that make it a popular and well-loved place. One of the strengths is its pleasant atmosphere. Many customers have commented on the lovely ambiance of the café, describing it as cozy, warm, and inviting. The café's traditional tea room style, complete with traditional china cups, saucers, and plates, adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the café's decoration, including beautiful paintings and driftwood creations, adds to the overall charm of the place.
Another strength of The Tea Station is its friendly and attentive staff. Numerous customers have mentioned the staff's warm welcome and helpfulness throughout their visit. The front of house lady, who is also the owner's aunt, stands out for her welcoming and friendly nature. The staff's friendliness and willingness to ensure the customers' satisfaction is a testament to the great service provided at The Tea Station.
The quality of the food and beverages offered is another strength of The Tea Station. Customers have praised the delicious cream scones, homemade cakes, and breakfast options available. The scones are described as large and perfectly baked, served with butter, jam, and cream. The breakfast menu is said to be a great selection, not overwhelming but still offering tasty options. The cappuccinos are noted to be hot and of good quality, while the availability of oat milk as a dairy-free alternative is appreciated. Overall, the food and beverages served at The Tea Station receive positive feedback from customers.
The Tea Station's cleanliness is also pointed out as a strength. Many customers have mentioned the cleanliness of the café, with tables being cleaned promptly after customers leave. The clean and tidy environment contributes to the overall pleasant experience customers have while visiting the café.
Another strength of The Tea Station is its dog-friendly policy. Customers appreciate being able to bring their furry friends along and have commented on the café's welcoming attitude towards dogs. The dog-friendly policy adds to the café's appeal, making it a great spot for dog owners to enjoy a meal or drink.
While The Tea Station has several strengths, there are some weaknesses that should be addressed. One weakness mentioned by customers is the limited availability of lunch options. The lunch menu is served only until 3pm, after which only hot beverages and cakes are available. This may disappoint customers who visit the café later in the day and are looking for a more substantial meal.
Another weakness mentioned is the fact that there is only one clean toilet that serves all customers. This may cause inconvenience during busy times when there is a queue for the restroom. Having multiple toilets would be beneficial to ensure a smoother customer experience.
Despite these weaknesses, The Tea Station remains a popular café with many loyal customers. Its pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and beverages, and dog-friendly policy are the main reasons why customers highly recommend the place. With some improvements in the lunch options and restroom facilities, The Tea Station could further enhance its strengths and continue to provide an enjoyable experience to its customers.

What a lovely find!! Enjoyed delicious cream scones & tea here whilst on holiday. Lovely atmosphere, great staff and very dog friendly. Was the first time for us but won’t be the last ????Highly recommended!
Staff were very pleasant. We stopped for a drink and cake. Homemade cakes too.
Atmosphere was relaxed and we were asked a couple of times if everything was ok and if we would like anything else.
Can't wait to call in again. Lovely service.
Visited for the first time this morning and definitely will return when we are back in Deganwy. The Tea Station is probably the loveliest café we've been in a long time.
We went in and the front of house lady welcomed us, which felt so warm and very genuine. Every customer who came in afterwards was treated the same way, which was really lovely to see.
The cafe itself has a lovely flair, was clean and tables were always cleaned as soon as customers went. The breakfast menu was a great selection but not overwhelming with options as it can be so often. Our cappuccinos were hot and tasted like a cappuccino should taste and breakfasts were really tasty. The full english my partner had got big thumbs up and my 2 free range scrambled eggs & smoked salmon on toasted bread was also delicious. I didnt expect that amount of smoked salmon on my plate and was really positive surprised.
We also noticed all the decoration in the cafe and even on the way to the toilet.
Everything looked lovely thought through and and cozy and if you like any of those beautiful paintings or driftwood creations you can even buy them.
What a little gem this café is.
I have just found this little gem of a cafe. My friend & I arrived & we were warmly greeted by a lovely lady who turned out to be the owners Aunt. She was very welcoming , friendly& helpful throughout our visit & nothing was too much trouble for her.
The food we had was lovely - one of the nicest soups I've ever had - Sweet potato & red pepper followed by a delicious Pecan tart & Custard.
My friend had a Welsh Rarebit which she said was one of the best she'd tasted, followed by a lovely Bakewell Tart.
We loved it so much we returned there with another friend yesterday & it was all up to the same standard.
This will definitely become regular visitors here.
Lovely food. I had the Welsh Rarebit with a lovely side salad. The fried egg was grease free and perfectly cooked.
The service was really friendly and warm.
I will definitely go again.
