Lovely friendly restaurant with a very good carvery ????
I had my wedding here couldn’t off had it at a better place. The service was brilliant the staff was great and the food excellent. I just want to say a huge thank you too all the staff for making mine and lees day the best and couldn’t wish for it to be any better. Just want to say a huge thank you to ling for the decorating and the food. Justin who made sure all the family were welcomed and made our day go great the staff couldn’t be anymore better you all done well Thank you all again for everything you have done will never forget it x

First time visiting, and was really pleased we waited for a table. Staff were very friendly and as for the food! Will definitely be going back again. Thank you for a lovely meal. ????
Tried to book a night out for work colleagues, gave the restaurant lots of notice, specifically discussed the steak night offer, booked for a Thursday so we could have the steak night offers but then, a week before we were due to go, I got a call from the restaurant saying they couldn't accommodate us if we were all ordering from the steak night menu (which we weren't) but they could if we all ordered from the main, more expensive, menu. A clear attempt to get more money out of us.
Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere, 15 people, eating and drinking, making it a monthly thing. West End have lost a LOT of business. Don't advertise a promotion if you don't plan to honour it.
This was our first visit to restaurant, the staff were welcoming, polite and efficient. The food was beautifully cooked and presented well. It was delicious. Will definitely be returning with our family and without hesitation recommend to anyone.
Had reservations at 7pm, it’s now 6.45 on 27/7/19, website says open, thought maybe a nice gin before meal?! Well thought not because the place is closed, the door is locked and no one wants to talk to me on the phone! No connection either on landline or mobile number that’s advertised! No contact from the place to say it will be closed so other arrangements could be made although my contact number was left on reservation. I hope everything is ok, But i can’t say we are not disappointed, won’t bother again! Date night at worzals instead then!
Very comfortable, food well presented. We were first customers of the evening - hadn’t booked - and they were well prepared. A very enjoyable meal
