Last night we called them up and they asked for our address and email and post code so we told them so they could deliver our food but they just hung up on us then immediately they called us back so we answered then they hung up on us again so they have got our address and email. Bad customer service as well, we recommend a new Chinese shop in walsall that is called Mayflower, they have better customer service and they never get our order wrong. Don’t go to Tiptop again!

Very nice food , fast delivery times only thing i could complain about is the guy who answers the phone can sometimes be a bit rude, but last few times ive phoned its been a woman who answers, besides that i cant complain.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered food and some didn't come, then when I asked them to send the food they missed they tried to charge me for it. Just read another review that this has happened to another lady.. this never happened when the old owner ran it. New owners need to book their ideas up and get staff who do their job properly and are nice to the customers. Looks like bloxwich house is my new regular from now on.

Found hair in my food, total rip off, charge us over £ 26 pound for chicken curry which comes with rice, 3 bags of chips, chicken fried rice and 1 chicken chow mein. Tryed charging and extra £ 6 pound for 2 curry sauce which we ordered originally. So over £32 for food? I dont think so. I've ordered more than that before and it only come up to £27. If prices have been risen customers should be informed!!!

Phoned for food and when it arrived I had missing items. When I phoned to tell them they said I never ordered the items and tried to charge me a further £7 for sed items. The bloke on the phone was extremely rude and accused me of not ordering correctly when it was his mistake. Food we got was also cold. Normally my regular Chinese but time to find a new one I think.
