Great place to shop for hair supplies.
The price onthe product was $9.99. Titan beauty/wigs charged my credit card $29.99. They refused to give me my money back and they refused to let me exchange . I went back and forth with 2 of them. This is the second time they over charged me the last time it was for $1. I shop there all the time. Most stores when you shop there all the time know their customers and are friendly. They don't have friendly and good customer service. But this time stealing $20 from me I will never shop there again. They follow people around in the store like they gone steal and they are the ones stealing from their customers.
Went there cause it was close to the place I moved too. My first time was great I thought I had found my regular spot but went there today and the lady was Rude and horrible customer service ????????! The man was nice though!
This was the best Wig place I’ve ever been too. Extremely nice workers helped me through my entire process giving me any and every options they could and really couldn’t have done their job better I loved my experience and their quality is just amazing. Would completely recommend this place to any and everyone. 11/10
