Quick Facts About Twinkle Nail & Spa

Twinkle Nail & Spa place has received mostly positive comments, indicating several strengths. One of the main strengths is the cleanliness of the salon. Multiple comments mention how clean the salon is, which is an important factor for customers looking for a hygienic environment. Additionally, the staff is praised for being kind and taking their time with customers. This indicates that the employees prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a relaxing experience.
Another strength of Twinkle Nail & Spa place is their ability to cater to specific customer requests. One comment mentions how the salon is understanding and respectful towards someone with ingrown toenails, demonstrating their ability to handle specific needs. This highlights their professionalism and willingness to listen to customer concerns.
Long-term customer loyalty is also a strength for this salon. One comment mentions that the customer has been getting their nails done there for years and has nothing but positive things to say. This indicates that Twinkle Nail & Spa has been able to maintain a loyal customer base, which is a testament to their quality of service.
However, there are also some weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One comment mentions a negative experience where the customer felt their specific nail requests were not met, and they were not satisfied with the results. This indicates a lack of communication and understanding between the customer and the salon staff. This could be a weakness in terms of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Another weakness highlighted is the high prices and constant upcharging. Several comments mention feeling dissatisfied with the quality of their nails and feeling like they were being upcharged for various services. This suggests that Twinkle Nail & Spa may have a pricing structure that does not align with the quality of service provided.
Inconsistent experiences are also a weakness mentioned in the comments. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have had negative experiences, such as split toenails during removal and unexpected charges. This indicates a lack of consistency in the service provided, which can be a deterrent for potential customers.
In conclusion, Twinkle Nail & Spa place has strengths in terms of cleanliness, customer service, and catering to specific needs. However, there are weaknesses in terms of communication, pricing, and consistency of service. These weaknesses may need to be addressed in order for the salon to improve overall customer satisfaction and attract more customers.

This is the best place to get your nails done and the pedicures are Amazing!! I've been getting my nails done there for years I have nothing but wonderful wonderful things to say. The salon is extremely clean the owners are very kind and take such good care of all of their customers! Everyone that works there is great!! This Is the Place To Go!!!
The best! So clean and relaxing. Everyone is super nice and takes their time. I can’t say enough. They are especially kind and caring with my elderly mother. Love Twinkle!!
Highly recommend. I have been to hundreds of salons and this place is hands down the best in the northeast. It doesn’t smell like nail polish, it is very clean, and the staff is very kind and communicates well. I have very bad ingrown toe nails and they have treated me with respect and listened to my very specific requests. I always leave happy and with the best pedicure. Don’t even bother with other salons this place is literally the only place I will ever go to. 10/10
I went in there to get a gel pedicure and I thought I was specific enough on what I wanted but they cut my nails SO short, and then just did gel polish. When I reiterated to them that I wanted the extension set, a full gel set, she said it would then be an additional $110 which is outrageous. I had asked for a French and the white line was SO small you can’t even tell that it’s there. When I asked her to make it thicker she said “no your nail will not accommodate that.” I’ve never had issues with a regular painted French. I wish I had pushed more because not making a scene had them taking advantage of me. I asked for a color change then if they couldn’t accommodate a thicker line, and she said it would cost an additional $50 to change from French to a solid color. They knew I was unhappy leaving and did not care. They don’t communicate well with they’re doing or ask questions to clarify what you want. They were so awful that now I have to pay another place to take this off and redo it properly. I’ll add a picture on the next slide if possible because no one would be happy with these nails. Very disappointed and will never go back / encourage people to not go there.
2 stars is for cleanliness, prices are HIGH and everything is an add on. I felt like I was constantly being up charged Left very dissatisfied with the quality of my nails. Nail techs seem scared of owners, the nail tech told me she couldn’t use clue to fix a nail she would have to replace tip and charge me, when the owner was out of sight she quickly clued it and told me “shhh” I paid extra for polish which was supposedly a longer lasting polish but was chipping within 48 hours. After giving them 3 tries I won’t be back
I’ve been here before and had a great experience however I just went in to get my acrylics removed and they quoted me $38. I’ve never been charged more than 12-15$ for removal. I don’t know if the lady just didn’t want to but $38 is ridiculous
Went there with a friend for mani/pedis while we were visiting the area. The gal who did my pedi split the toenail while removing the gel polish and then had the nerve to charge me $10 to put glue on the cracked area before painting. They also charged me $5 for "extra long lasting" nail polish (not gel, to be clear), which began chipping three days later.
I was also shocked to find that they charged me an extra $10 per nail to put on two tips as part of my SNS manicure. This was not previously disclosed so felt like insult on top of injury after what was already a very poor experience.
Love Twinkle. It's my and my sister's favorite place for pedicures. They take their time and do a good job. Not like some other places that are always too busy and rush you in and out. Your more stressed than when you started at those places. I actually feel relaxed at Twinkle. Staff is always friendly.
