I called Tuesday for hair appointment for Friday. They got my daughter in no problem.

The stylist was very friendly & welcoming, understood exactly what my daughter wanted done. We came in at 3:25pm for 3:30pm appointment. The stylist took her time & did a great job. Only 2 things I had a problem with was that we didn’t leave till 6:30pm & it cost us $155 for highlights & a trim. I have been to salons many times in my lifetime & it has never been that much ever even for 2 of us getting the same thing.

I love how my hair turned out! Haylee did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted. She asked to see the photos a few times that I showed her to make sure she was doing what I wanted. Definitely will go back! The picture doesn’t do justice to how beautiful the color and cut turned out!????

Rachel did my hair. I like the cut but she couldn't do the design I wanted so I had to settle for something else. also she had me in and out in like 10 minutes and I felt rushed...even though the cut was okay/good, the customer service wasn't, so I probably won't go back.

It was the name “Twisted Scissors” that got me in the door (walk-in), but the haircut and toner by Kelly was exactly what I wanted and will keep me coming back. Thank you Kelly. Love my hair!!

I absolutely love Rachel she is amazing. I let someone do my hair and it was a disaster. Rachel was able to completely turn it around and it looks amazing. Rachel has been doing my hair for about 2 and a half years now and I will not let anyone touch my head but her from now on. I love her and all the girls up there are really cool and the shop is always clean and she always does exactly what I want and she makes me feel good about it. I would recommend her to anyone.

I went to Twisted Scissors today for the first time. Jennifer cut my hair and she did a great job. She cut it exactly the way I asked. This is the best haircut I have had since I moved to this area. I would definitely recommend her and will go back to have my hair done there again!
