Ordered Christmas gift cards from the salon & spa. Was billed by my credit card, but business never sent gift cards. Called, emailed and texted the spa numerous times, and did not get any response. Since business did not respond, am calling my credit card company to contest the charge.
10/10 Would recommend! Clay and Steph are both awesome! While I originally booked with Clay online, I was asked to reschedule due to schedule conflicts. No problem at all! Went in and met Steph. When I told her what I wanted, she was immediately 100% honest with me and explained that the cut and style I wanted was not her area of expertise and she didn’t want to possibly give me a cut I didn’t love, but she would reschedule me again with Clay at a later time. 100% appreciated the upfront honesty, as most stylists would just go for it to get the money for themselves. Thankfully I live very close to the salon so coming back was no issue, but with how much I love my hair, it would be worth a drive every time! Came back the next day, met with Clay. I arrived a bit early and didn’t have to wait long at all. He shampooed me and got to work with the big chop! He took my chest length hair all the way to a beautiful pixie I absolutely love! Price was more affordable than I expected, worth every penny plus a generous tip. I don’t get my hair cut often at all, but I have found my new favorite salon and will be returning.
Great service and awesome staff! Got my extensions put in today by Clay and he was super friendly and polite. Not to forget to mention, my hair came out GREAT! Chloe the owner took her time prior to my visit to help explain what my options were without any hesitations! Happy to say I will definitely be going back! Clean & professional establishment. Had the best experience. Chloe dye cut and styled my hair. Totally transformed it. Went from dull lifeless to shiny full of bounce. Super happy I found her!!
I inquired about the spa for a haircut from my mother and I spoke with Julie over the phone who set up the appointment and did her hair. My mothers hair came out so fabulous with a beautiful color and she was very happy with Julie. Not to mention the place has a very comfortable relaxing atmosphere and a glass of wine was offered to my mom which topped it off. Friendly and knowledgeable staff she is looking forward to returning. Thank you VIP!
Great experience at VIP Salon & Spa. Chloe is amazing and so professional. She has seen exactly what i needed for my hair and did a great work. I am so happy and couldn't expect better services. Dont hesitate anymore you'll be satisfied for sure.

I was nervous to try a new stylist but as soon as I met her for my consultation, I was hooked. She is very knowledgeable and collaborated with me to make sure we were on the same page. She did not disappoint!!!! Highly recommend her!
Had partial highlights with Chloe today, they look amazing!! She's very professional and makes you feel totally comfortable. The salon is very welcoming. I traveled from Tamarac, so glad I did. Will definitely be back!
