Possibly one of my favorite beauty supply shops! They always have everything we need anytime me and my mom visit wether it’s lace fronts, bundles, accessories, braiding hair, etc! They always have a large and trendy variety of things. The people who work there and usually friendly sometimes they do follow you around the store when you shop, but it’s a large store and I guess some of their cameras don’t hit certain angles. Most of their products are definitely reasonable pricing. Plus they offer a reward system which comes in handy if you shop there a lot!

Never experienced a more arrogant, nasty owner. Wigs are over price and if you want to buy one, good luck. Can't try it on first, oh, you can, just pay $4. Never would I give someone like him my business, nor would I suggest anyone should.

I've been to more then several hair stores along the east coast and this one is the worst one! Unfortunately they're the closest to me but I will not spend another penny in this store! Idc how bad I'm in need of hair supplies I'll take that trip to Charlotte! Terrible customer service! Too Overpriced! You'll be labeled as a thief the moment you walk in. You'll feel extremely uncomfortable looking for what you need or even forget about what you want because of the amount of pressure they put on you. Stop giving these type of people your money give it to a well running business who deserves it!

Don't like being watched every minute after entering store

Super rude mostly black women shop with them and they act like we second class citizens

They have what you need. Just don't expect for them to be Customer Service Oriented, friendly, or polite. They get a star for the availability of products and another star for convenience because of the location. It does a business good to provide customer service and they lack in that area.

They watch you like you gonna steal something. Everyone is not Thief. Stuff is really to high. They need more Competition.
