Weaknesses:
1. Wait times: Some customers complain about long wait times, which can be frustrating, especially if appointments were made. Waiting for extended periods can lead to dissatisfaction and inconvenience.
2. Inconsistent pricing: In one comment, a customer mentions being charged more than expected for their nails. Inconsistent or unclear pricing can create confusion and dissatisfaction among customers.
3. Language barriers: A few customers express difficulty understanding and communicating with the salon staff. This language barrier can hinder effective communication and make the overall experience less pleasant.
4. Rushed services: A comment mentions feeling rushed during the nail service, resulting in nails being filed too thin and not lasting. This suggests that the staff may prioritize walk-in customers over appointments, leading to rushed and potentially unsatisfactory services.
5. Lack of attention to specific requests: One customer mentions feeling ignored and rushed during their visit, especially when requesting extra services for a special occasion. This lack of attention to specific requests can leave customers feeling neglected and dissatisfied.
6. Inconsistent service quality: A comment suggests a decline in service quality during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a mention of a preference for cash payments and a rushed experience. Inconsistent experiences can erode trust and loyalty among customers.
In conclusion, Nail Art has several strengths, including excellent customer service, skilled technicians, attention to detail, and a family-owned atmosphere. However, there are also weaknesses, such as long wait times, inconsistent pricing, language barriers, rushed services, lack of attention to specific requests, and inconsistent service quality during challenging times. Addressing these weaknesses can help Nail Art enhance its overall customer experience and retain a loyal customer base.

I had not a good experience at another salon so I decided to switched. Nail art soaked off my acrylics from a another salon & didn’t hurt me at all, the gentleman did a very nice job! Then I moved to chair one were she educated me on my nails an what’s best for them she recommended the dip powder instead of gel because my nails were so fragile from the other salon, so I went with her recommendation & I’m super happy and pleased with the work & there attitude towards me an other customers! They did a beautiful job & nice hand massage! Will be recommending people to try them out, also liked that there family owned & ran! Thanks again!
My sister and I were getting our nails done for her wedding. We had gone to a different local salon and it was a fiasco. We called Nail Art and they got us right in. The staff was able to dip for me and fix the mess on my sister's nails that the previous salon had created. The staff was so friendly, understanding and caring. We both walked out with beautiful nails. I am so grateful to the ladies for all they did for us.
I went here for my 1st time yesterday. I had to wait about an hour but I made the choice to wait. The young lady next to me said she comes there all the time and they do a good job. Tammy did my nails. She did a great job! It was more than I normally pay for my nails but I was satisfied with the results and Tammy was really nice and it was past their hours and she still took her time and and always asked if I liked them. I will definitely go back. Thank you!
Made an appointment for a pedicure for my cousin and I at 5:30. At 5:51 they were done with the entire pedicure. Nails painted, everything. I have never had such a terrible pedicure in my life. And then it cost $54!!!!!!! For 21 minutes! I did get gel polish so that is more expensive, however, with any pedicure I’ve ever gotten, I always get my feet buffed and legs massaged with the scrub, they did that….but only for about 10 seconds. To make it even worse the lady painting my toes used so much polish that the gel polish is overflowing my mail and then she cured/dried them that way. They look sloppy and childish and I can’t fix them without peeling the whole layer of gel polish off. I will never return and I will tell everyone I know to never go here if your life depended on it.
Decided to check this place out last week and made an appointment. Warning they are extremely hard to understand. They were about to start my nails when the lady next to me complained to the owner Tammy that she didn’t like her nails that the man did for her. Tammy asked me if she could fix the other girls nails. That meant I waited over 30 minutes for her to fix someone else on top of the 20 minutes I waited to even be seated. Tammy told me she would do them for free because of it but gave me no discount at all. Fast forward 5 days, I had what looked like dried blood all the way around one of my nails and underneath it. Clearly some infection from their services. I asked them to fix the pinky. I couldn’t remember the color number and they won’t help just kept yelling that they didn’t know. Tammy and the man were talking in another language to each other clearly about me. Then Tammy was loudly tell all the customers she doesn’t remember her color not my problem I don’t know. The man “fixed” my pinky nail which is clearly not matching. Neither one of them cared. They were getting rude and annoyed, so I asked if I could come back another day and get them redone since they couldn’t match the color. Tammy said if you come back you pay full price. I will never be going there again and you shouldn’t either.
Use to be really great and could go weeks without a problem. Then during covid, got really insistent that they prefer that u pay in cash.
I always made an appointment but when people just started to have their nails done as a walk in they would rush me everytime and my nails never made it through the day because they filed them so thin. Even for my sons wedding she wouldn't do anything extra, just ignored me and rushed me out to take care of all their walk in appointments. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times, shame on me.
Very nice nail salon. First visit for me. Would recommend to family and friends.
I stopped into this nail salon because it was the only one I could find that was open on Sundays and I asked her to paint my real nails with shellac no manicure just a polish and she charged me $25 to simply polish my nails. Will not be doing business with this particular salon again.
