I tried Top Nails on a whim as it was on the way home from work. It was clean and orderly. The pedicure tech was friendly and professional. She was very thorough and skilled. There was no wait and the equipment was very well maintained. I'm going to return and see if this quality service is the norm.

This is the best nail salon in Jacksonville! The owner is so nice and my service is always perfect! I have been coming here for years and have seen some rude customers come in an out and they have always been professional. I HIGHLY recommend Top Nails

My wife has been going here for a few years now. Top notch customer service and exceptional results. Level 3 pedicure is absolutely AMAZING!!! Would reccomend Danny and Kim to anyone who needs a good set of nails done expertly.

This the only nail salon I go to when I’m in Jacksonville. Love it love it love !!!!! I’m transgender and they make me comfortable. ????????????????????????

Brought my 12 year old for a Mani for her bday, was told that she couldn't do "complicated" designs and to go elsewhere. Then came back for a plain white pedi for myself on a different day at around 515 pm and was told she "didn't have time to do it because a client was coming"...there was not a single soul inside the salon at that time and when I asked her what time she closed she quickly said 6pm. Which is not reflected on her window where the hours are. So I guess if she doesn't feel like providing a paying customer with her services, she'll just shoot you an excuse.

The lady got mad at me for asking for an extra coat of polish because the first layer was so thin that I could see through it. I tried to explain that I could see through the layer. I was nice about how I asked. But she argued with me. I was shocked and disappointed. I BECAME QUIET AND DIDNOT TIP HER!!!!!!
