I drive 15 mins just to get my haircut here. Not only are the people nice, but they give a customer experience you enjoy. It is nice when a hair stylist takes their time right? Given that it is more of a country feeling these locations are the best place's to go. Less people means more time. Which in return is not only a better haircut, but a more quality haircut.
I called to ask for a quote of a wash and style (straighten). I was told $18 for a wash and depending on the style. After a wash and straighten with hair an inch or so past my shoulder, they charged me $65!?! The really nice lady who did my hair, Teresa I think, didn't even charge me. It was some random other girl who went to the register and rang my price. I questioned it and she argued with me. Bad bad bad service. More hungry money people. I totally would've gone back with Teresa but hungry money businesses make it hard :/
I made an appointment... showed up on time but they went ahead and booked people ahead of me or something. An appointment is useless if someone shows up seconds before you and they walk in. Horrible system, ive been waiting almost 30 now after my appointment time. And its more like superslowcuts and aren't super busy either. Lol my luck. I ended up leaving with no haircut because they told 2 more new people they'd help them first. One hair stylist was like pretending to cut some dudes hair for 30 minutes and just talking to him. I don't mind but he had no hair to cut basically and they wasted my morning free time. Much wow here
Typically good service. Went in today and stylist was to do a haircut with shorter hair on on side and only trim rest. There were distractions in the salon today.
The stylist pulled out electric clippers. I kept saying the cut wasn't looking right. She kept cutting. Two clipper tools later my hair looked horrible. Have big meeting in 2 weeks. Hopefully it grows out fast and can get a better cut from my regular stylist who was off. Heartsick and really disappointed about the experience. At least they didn't charge me for messing up my hair. ????????????????????
Amazing experience at this location today! The person who cut my hair and chatted with me about my beard and new business venture was amazing! I only wish I had reason to stay and chat longer!
First time I ever got my hair chop off. Was nervous about it. The coolest thing ever. I'm glad I did it. I think the stylists name is Jamie She was so professional and she acknowledged new clients as they came in. Very impressed!
The lady that cut my hair was super nice. I wish I remembered her name. However I have a two month old daughter and had gone to Walmart before getting a much needed hair cut. Therefore my daughter was fussy due to being hungry. Breastfeeding out in public is a process however the lady at super cuts was nice enough to allow me to feed my daughter while she did my hair and was very patient and polite towards me.
All the employees that were there today 8/31 around 3 PM were amazing!! I went in with my daughter and got us both a cut and the they took care of both of us right away. Will definitely be back! 5 stars for sure. Thank you girls for being awesome!
