Crystal is AWESOME. I adopted an adult dog who was frightened of a previous groomer I brought him to, and doesn't love going to the groomer or vet in general. Crystal took the time to let him get accustomed to the grooming environment, and he didn't have to wear a muzzle and he wasn't extremely frightened. He seemed really relaxed and not on edge after the groom, too, and he looks great! If you have an animal that doesn't love grooming (or strangers), Petscape might be a good fit for you.

We love Petscape grooming. I’ve been taking my dogs there for around 2 years and Crystal never fails to impress. She takes her time and you can tell how much she loves and cares for our pups. And they always turn out looking AMAZING!

Crystal is the absolute BEST groomer I have ever used. My dog Boe had a bad experience at another groomer and this loving little pup became very afraid of the groomers. Then we found Petscape and it has been a game changer. Crystal is patient, caring, and great at making Boe look great while teaching him he doesn't have to be afraid. Crystal saved us today. Our 9-month old cat's rear had stool stuck in his long white fur. I had attempted to do it myself the last time this happened and it didn't end well. I texted Crystal this morning (New Year's Eve) without high hopes we could get him in, but she texted back and told us to bring him in ASAP. He was absolutely terrified, but she calmed

him down and got him cleaned up. So, Crystal - if you see this - THANK YOU AGAIN. You saved me today. Highly recommend, we will be back!

When my father passed away almost 3 yrs ago we inherited his Standard Party Poodle, Stormy, my fur brother. We had no idea the work and cost that goes into maintaining a poodle as my father lived in Houston so Stormy was always just beautiful when we got there.

I went to a few groomers before I found Crystal. She is the best! She always does an excellent job with Storm! She also lets us experiment with Stormys looks. Never complains. She has fun with him and he has become a part of her family. We just took him to a local chain for a face, feet and sanitary cut recently since I couldn’t get into see Crystal. Poos tend to get real smelly in the mouth area if not groomed frequently or properly. Well they did a horrible job and that’s why I just can’t do without Crystal! She is A-MAZE-ING!! I trust her with my fur brother and that’s a big deal!! ❤️

Crystal is great! She deals with my crazy cat and doesn't complain about his bad behavior at all. She is accommodating and professional. My kitty has been back for 3 cuts with her and we are happy every time.
