First time coming here and overall had a great experience. I absolutely love my nails, not as impressed with my toes, however. Just the polish was an issue, I think there was a miscommunication initially. Both the man and woman working were absolutely lovely, very friendly and attentive.
My 23 yo daughter had tips/acrylics done for an upcoming event. I cringed when I saw them
They were thick- crooked- and just looked cheaply done. The next day I took her to my nail tech to not just fix- but they ended up removing all tips and re-doing. Won’t ever waste my money there again
New owners and price went up and the man sat on FaceTime the whole time I was there and barely understands English and if he does he doesn't listen at ALL 3x's and they look like Lee press on nails and one nail was Crooked and when I pointed it out they acted like it was my fault- never going back- miss Tony and his wife
I have been going to this salon for maybe 7 years. Majority of the time I seem to be serviced by the only male in the shop. Today was a deal breaker because of his nasty attitude. He speaks with a nasty aggressive ton. I noticed that he always snatch my hand and or fingers when he is preforming my services. He is very ruff with his tools as well. He just seem to be bothered by something. Every single that I have checked out. He snatches my debt card out of my hands. Once the transaction is approved. He always throws my card and receipt on the counter. Never thanking me for coming in or if I say thank you. He continues to walk away. Today, I went over to the lady who also work there to ask her if he was her husband. Her response was no. As I began to tell her about non-professionalism. He began to raise his voice getting louder and louder demanding that I wait for her the next time. The dude was totally rude and disrespectful. She apologized for his behavior. However, I’m done today was the deal breaker for me. I refuse to support that business nor will I except his nasty behavior. Very poor customer service.
This place went downhill horribly. They used to do good work years ago. The last few times I attempted to come here I always end up leaving without getting any service due to their awful customer service & really long wait times. They don’t even greet people when they walk in at this point because they are always in bad moods.
Used same pair of gloves for 3 pedicures and did less for each one of us. Completely missed a step on my right foot that she did on my left. Won’t be using again.

It is sometimes hard to get in since they’re two employees. But it is worth it. They do great work and their prices are reasonable. I’ve tried other places and have come straight back.
