I’ve come here a few times and had a great experience each time! The staff is always super friendly and the receptionist makes sure everything runs smoothly. I can usually make an appointment the day of with no problems. They might be a little pricy compared to other salons in the area but it’s definitely worth it. Their quality of work is always top notch and the salon is very clean!
Thank Pavily/Wee did a great job with my eyebrows, but she used wax that was too hot and burned my skin. I have never been burnt by wax in the 10 years I’ve been having my eyebrows waxed
This is still the best nail salon I've been to. Yes it's expensive & YES it's worth every penny. Everyone that works there is focused, knowledgeable, & detailed. Some days I have 2-3 hours to relax & that's when I get the full service. Or the other day I had 1 hr & I was in & out in 50 min. When I get full service my technician is very detailed ???? Ruby ????????, & I never tip under 20% & usually 25% because the service is amazing!

Had a pedicure yesterday with Nam. She did a wonderful job, my feet look and feel great. So appreciate her kindness and friendly attitude. Made this a stellar experience. She cleaned up my eye brows too. Did exactly as I asked her to do. THANKS
The owner needs to be around to oversee what happens to customers, who are charged top dollar for substandard work. See photos— the tech cut a chunk of my cuticle off, couldn’t stop the bleeding and put super glue on it. Being in healthcare I’m aware of sterilization protocol— I observed that the sterilization pouches their instruments are in were not run through an autoclave (they are open, color not changed on pouch to indicate processing). Placing super glue on a fresh wound just because it doesn’t stop bleeding is not first aid protocol. I shouldn’t have to pay to self-treat this wound. Disappointed.
Just a weird experience all around. The front desk girl was very nice and super efficient. The manicurist literally left and did someone’s eyebrows.. didn’t say one word to me letting me know she’d be gone for ten minutes. She was also very rough… like throwing my hands around. There was one point HER hand slipped off my thumb so in turn my thumb popped up and the dip dust spilled. She then grabbed my thumb all tight. When I say weird…wth. I’ll never come here again.

They will charge you extra for services you didn’t even ask for, I had to ask her to fix a whole nail that was missing half the color she tried to hide , and rushed me at the end cuz of another appointment. Very disappointed for my first time trying this place. Front desk girl agreed with me that I needed to be told about the extra charges and still proceeded to charge me .
