2. Long wait times: One comment mentions that despite being told there was no wait, they had to wait for a significant amount of time. Another comment mentions that the salon was not busy, but they still had to wait for a long time. Inconsistency in service quality can damage the salon's reputation and result in negative reviews.

5. High prices: One comment mentions that the customer was charged $80 for a service but was not satisfied with the outcome. High prices for subpar service can lead to customer dissatisfaction and the perception of poor value for money.
In conclusion, T & T Nail Salon has some strengths, such as a loyal customer base, friendly employees, and the ability to provide good-quality nail services. However, they also have several weaknesses, including a lack of communication, long wait times, inconsistent service quality, lack of attention to detail, and high prices. Addressing these weaknesses would be crucial for the salon to improve its overall customer satisfaction and reputation.

I've always gone here with no problems. Last week, I made an appointment to get nails done; I arrived & there were fewer people there than I've ever seen. There was no one waiting. While I waited to be called, I overheard someone talking about the salon having been sold. I didn't recognize any of the employees. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment before I decided to leave. Nobody had said anything to me about them "running late" or how much longer it would be before they got to me. Whether or not the salon is under new management doesn't matter to me. What mattered was I had made an appointment to avoid having to sit there and wait. As I was leaving, no one offered an expected time before they could get to me. I will not be returning to this salon as there are too many places in town offering the same services.
We wanted to treat our mom to a pedicure as that was wanted she wanted for her birthday. I wish we’d been turned away. They went ahead and took us, not much communication from anyone. They got us seated. One girl came and did one pedicure then disappeared. I saw her later working on someone’s manicure. Finally a woman came and did my pedicure and disappeared. After a considerable wait someone else came and did another pedicure and disappeared. A teenage girl came and applied a topcoat to the first pedicure. I guess that’s about all she does. Finally another person came and did the last pedicure. My mom never got the top coat. We had a full day planned, and after 2 plus hours and no communication, we decided to pay and leave. I left a small tip, but no one else did.
I heard the employees telling everyone who came in after us that there’d be a long wait. From our perspective, they weren’t busy. Like I said, I wish they had turned us away. We could’ve gone somewhere else. We only decided to try this place for a change. Since I’ve moved away, I’m not that familiar with nail salons in Meridian.
We won’t be back.
The absolute worst! The guy doing my nails had to ask everyone what dip color to use then he chose the one he wanted and proceeded to put it on my nails. When I told him it looked nothing like the picture I showed him he went to painting other colors on. My nails are ugly! They have no shine and 3 of them are covered in lint. Then I just asked him to stop. He charged me $40 to look like I let my 5yo granddaughter do my nails. Never again. They have went down hill!
They did a great job with my nails and were so kind. Great experience. I will be back.
I’ve been coming here since I moved to meridian almost two years ago. I absolutely love it. Christine or her husband usually do my nails and they do a great job every time!
I called and asked if there was a wait for Mani/Pedi. She said there was no wait and to come on in. I got there and 6 other people were waiting. I decided to stay because I was running out of time and it's not everyday I get a day out without my 4 kids. About 40 minutes later I was called into a pedicure chair. 20 minutes after that a man came over to start. It was the WORST pedicure I've ever had. I still have calluses, dry skin, my paint is all over my skin. He didn't shape my nails or make sure they were even. The massage was just long enough to rub in the nickle size amount of lotion and no pressure. My manicure was the same. He didn't clip off any dead skin, didn't push back the cuticles. My nails are all different shapes and lengths. He did my "massage" after he painted so I had wet nails. My polish has already come off on 4 fingers and I got this done today! My pictures are gross right? I know. That's why I went and paid almost $70 for a pedicure and manicure! I took these photos an hour after my pedicure. I'm so mad I wasted that much money and time and have nothing to show for it.
The lady that done my nails had one hand nails longer then the other an didn't want to fix it but charged me $80
It I could give no star I would. Absolutely the worst nails I have in MY LIFE. Chunky bulky. I will be having them removed today. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely hate it
