From the time I arrived, it was a great experience. This was my first time here so I was a little hesitant as to what to expect. I was set up with Jordan. She was amazing. We discussed her recently finishing up her schooling from which I was shocked. Figured she'd been doing this for years. She paid so much attention to detail on the shaping, I was immediately hooked. I do not like thick chunky nails. These were thin and lasted a long time. She took my "what I wanted pic" and made it better than I had ever expected. I've already told all of my friends and family that get their nails done to give her a try. My bestfriend now loves her too. Thanks, Jordan!
I wanted to love this place especially since it’s Black & Asian owned but I hate that you HAVE to make an appointment. The pedicure chairs are so uncomfortable especially for someone like me that had back surgery. Also, I did not like my acrylic manicure I received from a particular worker (I don’t want to name names) I’ll just say it wasn’t Cindy, Lay, Uyen, Nancy or Tammy.
My acrylics were so thick, the shape was bad and the paint was not evenly coated, she also ignored or didn’t notice that my thumb must’ve hit something and took the gel paint off because instead of fixing it, she kept putting the top coat on.. As someone who does nails everyday, I feel like she should’ve noticed it. I noticed it right away, I was just afraid to speak up. Also, it looked like I needed a fill in when I had JUST got them done. That particular worker needs more training.
Then a few days later, one of my acrylics POPPED right off, taking my natural nail with it and all I did was hit it against the car floor when I was trying to pick something up.
Staff is nice and the pedicures I received by Johnny were great but making an appointment got old real quick especially when you may end up having to book weeks in advance to get a spot depending on the service and time of year.
There are sooo many other nail shops that can and will meet your needs and satisfy you every time, you just have to give them all a chance until you find that one.
I had a fill and gel polish service on the week of 14 Jan and two of my nails broke within 3 days so I go back the following Friday and I got the same tech who didn’t seem happy to make the repairs to my nails it was so obvious that the lady next me looked at the tech and shook her head. Any she repaired the 2 nails and change the color. So this was on Friday so the pictures below are from Saturday. I called the Shop on Sunday and left a message and no one has returned my call.
8/24 My first time ever going . I was happy and satisfied with my nails and experience. lay was whole I got she was focused and cared enough to ask my thought gets on the process and what i would like added. I wanted something simple yet elegant for my wedding this weekend. She nailed it. That's why I booked with her again.
Came here in search of a new nail salon home, after another nail salon down the road really messed my nails up. From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and attentive. They were understanding and took care of me. I will definitely be back!
called ahead for an appointment, showed up on time & my assigned tech didn't even know she had an appointment - there was definitely some attitude when she realized she had a client. tech cut my cuticles 4 separate times and only said sorry once. rushed, uneven application. of course, they did not last even a week. The owner that was in the shop that day, on the other hand, was very sweet, polite & accommodating, so I guess I just got a bad tech...
Love it here! It's a family affair, Nancy, Tammy, Johnny, and Cindy are great. And the receptionist, Ms. Sheridan is the best. Professional, friendly service.

My appointment time was 12:00pm, I was seen right away and paid at 2pm. approximately 2 hours for mani/pedi & brows.
Subjective Review: The young lady who did my nails was very personable. Sometimes I want to talk and other times I just want to relax and enjoy my service. She wasn't unnecessarily chatty nor was she stoic. I enjoyed her.
I do wish they would explicitly ask, "this service or polish is an additional fee, would you like to go forward?"
