My nails came off in 3 days. In the man that sit in the first desk is really rude and got mad because I said I didn’t like them when he did the design. The place was hot and they didn’t offer any water. They are over price.Worst experience ever
Overpriced???? My lashes was supposed to be $35.00 and a basic manicure with no polish was supposed to be $25.00. The woman who did my lashes was rough on my face. She placed the used tray from the lashes on my forehead. She finished my lashes after 20 minutes. She wrote my ticket for my lashes for $35.00. I was directed to sit down at chair 5 for my manicure. Well when I got up to wash my hands the technician changed from a man to woman. The woman did not speak English and I tried to explain to her my bill was should be $60.00. She continued announcing $80.00 ma’am. I paid her and left without angering with her. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.
They have nasty attitudes the customer is never right even though we know what we like. They let anyone do lashes and eyebrows, and those ladies have no clue what they are doing, their services are very over rated.
Clean, quick and offer wine, water or soda. If you like a good foot massage this is the place. *English language speaking and understanding maybe an obstacle. I am currently trying not to admit my hearing loss, but tell you 100% my experience. They do smoke on break ????and the smell in the salon wafts through, I'm a smoker so my sensitivity may be higher/lower than the average person. Wouldn't prevent me from returning. Fair price for service(s).
They do use drills for feet manicure portion.
I love Mike he does my nails and Holly does my eyebrows and lashes. When I get a Pedi I go to Ms. Kim. If Mike is not available to do my nails I go to Ms. Kim#2 she is very very good and you will definitely be pleased.
Awful and nasty. Overpriced and unprofessional. Just got my lashes done and completely came off the next day.
Lee did really good ????
My nails were gorgeous and priced CORRECTLY. Too many times I see people be over charged by nail techs because if you don't understand what your being changed for and ask questions you will be ripped off. I went into Timmy nails already knowing what I want so they couldn't fast talk me and i made sure I got the price before I pulled up. Because I don't have $100 to spend on something worth $40. QT nails got me real good one time and I said never again. They use to be my favorite and the only one I go to. Now tommy nails have gained a valuable customer. I been getting my nails done since I was 13 so I know when someone is trying to play me. When this salon seen I wasn't gone let them play me they handled me differently. You'll get more out of me by not trying to rip me off because I will get more and come more often. So my advice to a lot of nail techs in Montgomery, stop trying to get over on your customers. Don't be greedy and you won't loose customers.
