I came to visit my sister and I showed the nail tech JOE the picture that I wanted, he did a fabulous job! with my nails it looks identical to the photo I showed, Everyone was so sweet!
For those of you that had a bad experience I highly recommend going to the nail tech I went too!!!! thank you again I love them
My first original visit here was great! I really liked the lady that did my nails. I came in Monday January 30th just wanted to get my nails removed to allow them time to be natural again. The store hours show they close at 7pm, I was told they take there last appointment at 6:30pm. It’s 6:15pm when I was told about the cut off time so it still didn’t make sense. I was told unfortunately no one can help me and to come back tomorrow. Really poor customer service.
I would recommend making an appointment here for your next manicure. I always make an appointment with Joe and every time my nails have been perfect. I can show a picture, and the picture is replicated perfectly. All staff is friendly and prompt each time I visit.
*UPDATE* So recently I was invited back to have my nails done by the new manager, Joe. I visited twice just so I would know that his work was consistent and I was very pleasantly surprised both visits! The best thing they did was putting Joe in the management position, he has made a lot of changes in the salon and it has a whole different feel when you walk in there! The quality of the work is fabulous! (Posted a pic below)
DO NOT LET THE MANAGER DO YOUR NAILS! I had a fill 9 days ago with gel polish, 4 days later one of my nails had a huge bubble which eventually popped leaving holes in the polish all the way to the nail. The other nails were "soft".
When I got back from my trip I went in and showed the manager the defective nail polish, once my nails were redone he tried to charge me $25 FOR A NAIL CHANGE! A nail change that shouldn't have been necessary. When I refused payment he argued with me telling me it was my fault then threw a tantrum and told me to pay whatever I wanted. Hello? Not paying anything.
I gave the girl a tip and told him I wouldn't be back, he said that was fine. Everytime he has done my nails there is something wrong with them. The other techs are wonderful though.

Went in with some old poly-gel on and some rough nails and Joe did an AMAZING job. Removed the old and did acrylic in about an hour. Really a great experience.
I have had a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. I have returned to have the nails filled, after 2 weeks. I am very pleased with my nails. The Salon is spotlessly clean and the technicians are very skilled.
I just recently moved like 3 mins away and was excited to have a nail shop so close! My experience was mediocre at best! They took my gel off with only a drill which caused my nails to be super weak and not all the gel color was removed! Also same with the gel on my toes! It isnt even like it is cheaper then other shops!! Looks like I will have to travel for good nail care! Disappointed is an understatement! The polish on my toes I could have painted better and not great cuticle care at all!
good for eyebrows that's it . I went to to a new place bc everytime I go Joe just tells me no. so I went to a new place and tipped the lady 18$ and for a full sett , powder dip and two designs it was only 52$
